Ritsuko nodded, studying Arlen for a few moments. "Your blood seems to be moving slower than usual, but it's still pumping from the heart. I can't find anything blocking it... Do you feel numb anywhere?" She asked.
Tomo glanced over at Ukaia and smiled, "Evening, hun! How're you?"

"If you're sure..." Lily murmured, then had to pace again. Like a caged animal, she began to prowl, running her hands through her hair.

"Yeah really i'm ok" she said smiling to her. Shelooked over at tomo
"Fine onii san.." she said then toyed with the ring on her finger again

"Why do you say that?" Ritsuko asked, rummaging in her pockets. She pulled out a bottle and uncorked it. "This is going to increase your blood flow, so don't do too much physical activity. Hopefully the higher amount of blood will dislodge anything blocking it."
"Well, then c'mere!" Tomo told Ukaia, stretching his arms to make grabby motions with his hands, "I want hugs!"

"I once had to go four days without eating," Arlen said. "This is no more painful than the third day and it's been about a week this time. And what if it doesn't dislodge?"

Tomo smiled and ruffled her hair, "Thanks, Uka. I needed that." He pulled back, "Sure! Lead the way. Anywhere's good."
Ritsuko poured some of the substance onto a spoon and handed it to Arlen, "It should clear from your system within about three hours. So if it doesn't work, the most you'll get is a bloody nose."

Arlen took the spoon and swallowed the concoction in one gulp. "Why does medicine always taste bad?" he grumbled to himself.

Ukaia took his hand and led him into the kitchen shutting the door behind him. she nibbled her bottom lip
"Onii san.. is it really bad having Vincent live here with me?"s he asked looking up at him
"he.. he gave me this" she said showing him her eft hand
"he said it'sa promice.. an.. " she stuttered alittle bit

Lily, who'd been watching Arlen closely as she paced, went to the two and perched on a stool near his. "So did we figure it out?" she asked, ears quivering.

"It's so you don't start drinking it by gallons and start growing tentacles or something." Ritsuko replied with a shrug, returning the bottle to her pocket. "I honestly don't know. It's probably an unspoken rule amongst pharmacists."
Tomo saw the ring, ears perked, "No no! It's a really wonderful thing, Uka!" He exclaimed, "It's not bad at all."

Ukaia took a deep breath and then said
"Onii san.. i.. " sh etoyed with the ring again looking down
"I want to know if i can wish for something.. and ask you for something" she said quietly to him not looking up at him
"i know you hate.. doing the thing.. but mabye this is a good way..to solve everyones problems
