Courage tried to keep up his glare but his eyelids were beginning to droop. "What did you just do?" he growled which soon ended up being a yawn.
Lily's eyes narrowed a bit. Courage was her victim and she didn't mind showing Nikolai that if he made the wrong move. However, she was clueless as to what the other had actually planned. "As long as he doesn't kill him," she soon sighed.

Avia paused and aimed down her sights- it would only take a solid through. A moment of still... She paused and watched- the conversation unimportant to me as she watched him walk up to the other boy. She pretended that it was a water balloon war of some sort and chucked the apple mash- hard.

"I helped you relax, my dear." Nikolai purred and grabbed Courage's chin to make him look him in the eyes. Their faces were only a few inches from each other. "Oh, how I'd enjoy a nice kiss from you, deary, you've no idea." he grinned and got a little closer. "Ah, but it wouldn't be as nice without your cooperation." he pouted and let go of him. "I'll change your mind eventually." he chuckled and snapped his fingers, letting the aura be absorbed by his skin.

"But you just kissed Lily and that would make you-" muttered Courage with swirls for eyes as his mind tried to process the situation. "A player!" whispered a thought as he growled. "Just stay away from us, Romeo!"
"All I'm missing is the popcorn," mutterd Lily under her breath as she saw Courage's face turn red. He was pretty angry and she was enjoying every minute of it. "But Nikolai is our friend!" she replied with a pout.
Courage felt like crying on the inside. Lily was even pouting and she usually glared at him; this meant that even though he didn't like it, Nikolai was supposedly helping his sister return back to normal. "Fine," he sighed.

"A player? Sweety, if this is a game then I am obviously winning." Nikolai laughed under his breath and glanced at Lily. "I can always be more of a friend, darling." he winked at her.

Along her way home, with the new kitten sitting contently in her bag, she stopped in front of a fresh produce stand and looked at the strawberry's.

Lily's face flamed red once again as she soon looked away with her nose in the air. "Sure, your services might be required in the future," she muttered ignoring how fast the beating of her heart had increased.
Courage frowned once again before he remembered why exactly he had entered the house. "Now for some dinner!" he remarked with a grin on his face. "Would you be staying as well?"
Lily sighed at her brother's attention span. "Wait! You can't even boil water!" she glared marching past him. "I'll do the cooking, baka."

"I suppose I could stick around." Nikolai grinned and winked at both of them. "But I'll mainly stay for dessert, deary." he purred.

"Wonderful," replied Lily drily as she headed over to the refrigerator and began to pull out left-overs of fries and grilled fish.
"Then prepare for your taste-buds to go to heaven!" grinned Courage, soon forgetting his anger. "It's a triple chocolate cake with a strawberry ice-cream filling and has gummy bears in the mix too!"

"That sounds...quite fattening, darling." Nikolai blinked then grinned. "Of course, I know a very nice excercise for that. It'll take the whole night, though." he purred.
Shadow looked down at Avia, wondering if she was just going to watch Sloth or throw the apple at him.

Avia waited, her least favorite thing to do, untill he was somewhat close to alone. Then she locked on and chucked it- as hard as she could- praying she wouldn't miss.

"Oh you exercise at night?" asked Courage surprised before patting a fist on his chest. "I myself prefer jogging and jumping-jacks in the morning. An early bird catches the-" he began soon cut off when something hit him in the head. "Ow!" he replied glancing down at the innocent apple. "Worms are attacking!" Since worms lived in apples, that had to be the cause.
"Dinner's finished." Lily blinked as Courage soon covered his head and jumped behind a chair, using a pillow as a shield before looking around. "Did you break him?" she asked Nikolai with a raised eyebrow.

"Gah!" Avia facepalmed, realizing she'd spoken out- she clamped her mouth shut- ending up thumping her head on the rock she was crouching by.

Nikolai blinked slowly and picked the apple up, studying it for a while. He heard another voice and looked out the window, a sly smile crawling across his face. "Umm, it seems a little worm has attacked the poor deary." he said and looked back at Lily. "I will give the worm it's dear home back, sweety. Ta-ta!" he smiled and walked out of the house before anyone could object. "My, I can't say that was a kind way of saying hello, deary." he purred at Avia.
Shadow looked over at Nikolai and raised an eyebrow. This was the supposed womanizer? He was scrawny, a little creepy, and weird! Is that what girls are into?

Skye was pacing back and forth as she began to worry. She didn't know when Armageddon or Erik would be back. Plus she had no clue if their plan even worked. There was too much on her mind and she couldn't stand still. "What is taking so long!" she growled annoyingly.
Zora smiled softly at Skye and motioned her to be quieter as a sleeping Giselle laid on her lap. Zora stroke Giselle's hair to make sure she was fast asleep before she looked at Skye. "Just be patient child. Things like this can usually take a while if you want everything to go right. I didn't know you still kept track of time anyway." she whispered with a light chuckle.
Skye rolled her eyes. "I don't. I just can't stand the anxiety. That's all." she said as she tried to keep her voice down. She didn't think Lust could ever be so caring but apparently there were two sides to almost every sin.
