It isn't the internet.
It's only in ONE section of Towns.
And it doesn't happen all too often.
My friend says it is the work of scripters.
I'm not entirely sure what the cause is.

My computer is somewhat new
I got it in December, so I don't think it's the computer.
It is a Dell Inspiron.
And the lag happened to my friend at the exact same area.
