What Rank would a puppet made out of Titanium be x.x ?
Can I put Uranium on a puppet? [ Nuke Puppet FTW!....Just kidding....]
Can a puppet have diamond tipped blades?

No to a Uranium filled puppet, we will not have nuclear explosions. As for the diamond blades, sure, but you'd have to find a suitable RP way to get the diamonds.

little mintchan Minty loves the new ranking up system but how can she gt missions if her kage is on a slight hiatus?(surprised we can't fight or spar to earn a rank up too) You can perform E and D ranked missions on your own without getting permission, or get assigned a mission by a higher ranked shinobi (Jounin or Saanin) As for the fighting and sparring, a spar is a training exercise. Fighting, that can be considered a mission if it has been assigned to do so. But fighting another member of your village, that doesn't achieve anything rank up wise, just kinda proofs your prowess. In fact one of the Kage administered test could be to fight someone wink

Do I have to get permission for C ranked missions when I'm a chuunin?(I just need to do missions and also we don't have a jounin in iwa >w<)
who says I like fighting? I never fight without getting some kind of reward.

Is a genin allowed to develop a taijutsu style? (I mean up to genin rank of a custom style)
Does the learning post bonuses also affect the training posts for taijutsu styles?
