Kaida licked her lips as he burned. She could smell his taste as the epidermus and dermus burned away, leaving him bleeding before being charred. He let Talon and Echo have privacy as she snuck a glance at Kale. She watched him disenegrate as her mind wandered in Kale's, before saying, 'And why are you smirking? Is it because of this man slowly and painfully dying? In that case, I would have to say I agree with you on it. It is quite... enticing to watch. I guess some of your old habits wore off on me.' She remembered oh too clearly the death of the other human, Jasmine. How she had ripped her head off for laying a finger on her mate. She had stabbed at her and made her suffer, and it was so, so good. She leaned into Kale then, gripping onto his shirt. Possession took over her as she wrapped her arm around him, holding him as though other girls would take him. 'Mine, mine, mine, mine.' She thought stubbornly to herself, although if Kale wanted he could have heard what she was saying. The mark on her neck was burning, although with something else. The burning wasn't hurt, it was needing to be with Kale; it was love. Her head leaned up to breathe in his scent, her nose brushing against the mark she created and she smiled. 'Mine.'

Kale chuckled at each thought both sent to him and kept mostly to herself. He enjoyed her fierce side, and was glad he was rubbing off on her in a good way. A vampire must always be prepared for a fight. Simple as that. But he also enjoyed her possessiveness, each word of her claim, sent a thrill through him and his mark flared with the strengthening of their bond. 'Mine.' he answered in turn, holding her close. Glancing back at the hunter, he smirked and made the man get up but instead of just standing, he actually felt a bit of mercy on the man and made him walk backwards out of the flame, his legs burnt to a harsh black crisp...probably will need to get them amputated and then he couldn't hunt afterwords. "Had enough? If so, don't come after us again. We'll only kill you for certain next time.

Talon would've thought she'd ask how he'd done that. "Humans hate what they don't like or understand. He wanted a healthy child, who could see, hear, talk, etc. To train to hunt vampires as well. However, your disability to see made him angry and he took it out on you. No matter what you did, if he saw you, he was reminded of his failure to create a good apprentice. Does that explain it a bit?"

Kale smirked when the human didn't reply. "Swear it, human. I can always put your head into the fire as it is still going, if you'd like. You die while your face burns off of your skull."

Talon chuckled. "Not true, you would have met me, but under different circumstances. You would be hunting me and the others if you had sight, meaning we'd be enemies, not mates." he opened the door to his room and let her in first before closing it behind them, using the wind to close the curtains. "I don't think. I know. You have a long way to go before you're at Kaida's level, control of bloodlust, learning the rules and our ways, how to fight, discover if you have any special abilities, understand the meaning of that mark and be able to read what it tells you, these are only the few things you must learn before you can go outside and hunt on your own." he stated, going over to her and pulling her in his arms. "As for the fire, it is my ability. Remember what I told you the other night? Warming myself up is an ability of mine, using the fire to warm my blood and thus my skin. I used earth to lift us to my window the other night, I also used earth to create the flowers you felt. I control the four elements and everything in between. It took me many years to master this ability and I'm still learning new tricks."

"If we had met you probably would have killed me in a way that wouldn't have let me be here still." Echo laughed, "i have alot to learn then." Echo felt herself relax in Talon's arms. She turned around to embrace him. "i know that you are the best thing in my life. I love being here with you."


Alex frowned he would get no where if he didn't at least lie. "i will not hunt you if you let me go."

Bio:I saw the mansion shimmer into existence. I went up to it out of sheer curiosity. I was hesitant with my approach, but came o a decision. I went in.

Echo didn't reply, she didn't want to voice her little faith in herself. "I think it would be a good idea if I take a shower. I can feel the dried sweat from the other night." Echo said, truthfully, with some amusement.

"I won't stop you." Echo said, grinning.

Alex glared, "i will never stop hunting. You are abominations that must be dealt with"
