Arashi was out of breath so he slowed down, to many things that used energy was not good if he kept doing it. He tagged his eighteenth tree then the ninteenth. She was done when he tagged his last tree. He stopped and stood straight as he was breatheing heavily. "Your... good at.... this..... kind... of thing." Putting words between breaths. He had no energy to keep balanced and he fell out of the tree. The tree was pretty tall so he passed many branches without hitting them and the landed on the ground hard. He layed his body out as he coughed a bit and looked up at Shiori. "I am fine Shiori-chan!" He wasn't hurt at all, he was used to falling out of trees so it didn't hurt.

Shiori skidded to a halt upon reaching the last tree, swaying dangerously forwrd but catching herself as her hand grabbed the trunk. She grinned happily upon finding she'd beaten him, though it faded instantly as she heard his heavy breathing and turned in time to see him falling. "Ah! Arashi-senpai!" she cried in alarm, not sure what had happened. There was no way just this little race had tired him out... She quickly leapt downwards, pouncing from branch to branch and then dropping the last ten feet straight to the ground. She landed in a crouched position, and then darted to Arashi's side, dropping to her knees. "Are you sure?" she asked, leaning over him anxiously.

Arashi noded as he smiled at her lightly, this would be the thirteenth time he had fallen out of a tree. First time, yes it hurt him. But over the years he had gotten use to it so it didn't hurt. He chuckled to himself and sat up quickly then got up as he looked to Shiori. "Did I tell I was ok. So when I hurt myself I will tell you also so you don't have to worry so much shiori-chan. But wow, you actually beat me and I gave it my all. Jeez, I guess I would need to watch your speed for now on." He held his hands on his hips as he looked around and smile. The marks on the trees were hers. But she was indeed fast.

Shiori leaned back away from him as he got up so she wouldn't be in the way. Her ears perked towards him as she listened, her head tilted slightly to one side. She hesitated a moment, and then stood as well, smiling again. "That's because Hieii-san gave me speed! Or.. something," she laughed, and then looked around a bit as well, her eyes scanning the trees they'd raced across. "Also, when my dad wouldn't let me go out and do anything, I'd play in the forest by our house, so I have lots of practice." She nodded her head, as if confirming this was true.

Gordon walked through the forest. He was just taking a nice stroll to think about things. Mergex had been very quiet. To quiet. He should have attacked by now but he hasen't What was he planning? Gordon's father had EEf's soul so how would Mergex revive him? Gordon only sighed wishing his knew.
He saw a small deer walking around. Gordon quickly picked some berries and made a small noise. The deer looked at him cautionly but headed pver and started feeding out of his hand. Gordon pet it softly smiling. " Such a soft pelt. What a nice little deer" Gordon said.

Lucreshia had been separated from her band of friends. They some how gotten lost some how. She blinked innocently walking around much like a lost deer in the forest. Her jewl was plusing lowly but nothing to be worried about it just marked another presence being here. Oh maybe they'll know what to do. She picked up speed ignoring bramble and brush, slicing away at it with the blade on her arm and the blades on her nails.
When she finally made it to the clearing she spoted a boy and a dear who ran off the second it set eyes on her. She was used to it. She was not exactly a ray of sunshine when it came to looks. She looked like what she was. A living weapon with a nice a** and rack. She put a hand on her hip looking at the child. Was this the kid that was setting off her jewel. He looked familier, but from where?

Gordon looked at the girl that had appeared. She was tall even for Gordon's standards. He stepped back a bit and bowed. " Hello there miss. I am Gordon von Strangaild. Who might you be?" he asked her. His powers where telling him she was bad news. He could feel the blood lust off of her.
It was like a scent that chaos vampires could pick up on. This one had seen many battles and fought many wars. This was one lady not to mess with. He mentally readied himself for an attack. Somehow he knew it was coming. And he was just enjoying the peace time.

Lucreshia rubbed the back of her head looking at the boy. "Oh me? I'm Lucreshia. I kind of got seperated from my friends. A demon and a warecat. Nice to meet Gordon." She held out her armored glove hand the one that showed the most skin and least of a threat and she returned his bow once he had shaken her hand.
She smiled brightly to the kid. She just couldn't put her finger on it but he still looked so familier but she couldn't put that clawed fingering on it. Was it...a...a...Oh thats right a photo....why was she given a photo of a kid?

Gordon shook her hand carefully. He was normally trusting but his gut was telling him to run. But Gordon thought he was being paranoid. " I'm sorry I haven't seen them If you like we could search together. It might be faster. And I know alot of this forest already" he said pushing aside his feelings.
He was just being stupid. He had gotten all worked up over Mergex he was starting not to trust people. He mentally laughed and called himself an idiot. Not everyone was a bad person.

Lucreshia smiled and backed away. "Oh sorry. These, kind of get in the way." She giggled while wiggling her fingers. She brushed back her hair and placed her hands on her hips. "That sounds great. You can't miss them. You...you seem so familier, and you look pretty scared. Am I that scary?" She blinked at him, with her moon yellow glowing eyes, there was no white to her eyes, the yellow eyes rested agaist not white but black, her eyes where a soulless black. She moved closer to him her bladed heels cutting at the bramble beneith her feet.

" Well I'm a but paranoid right now. There's this guy called Mergex who is trying to kill me. Sorry if I came off scared of you" he said. As she came closer he looked up at her. Her eyes bothered him the most. You could tell alot about person's eyes. But when he looked into her eyes he saw endless blackness.
He had only seen that in those who where truley evil and killed people without mercy. BUt even though she was surronded by an ayra giving off that sense it did not seem she was just a ruthless killer.

She put her hands on her hips, crossing one leg over the other as she stood. "Mergex? Oh that name sounds familier....lets see...lets see. Oh thats right he showed me your picture." She smiled placing one finger on her cheek trying to think of why. "Now...why was it for. I can't remember." She rubbed her blood red tresses curling them in her fingers. "He seems like a pretty creepy guy."

Gordon's eyes widen. It didn't take much to fit the pieces togther. Mergex had asked her to kill him. He took a step back. If she remebered he wasen't sure if she attack him or not. He readied his body to either take a hit or defend himself. But this lady was strong. He could feel it. If they fought he might really have to give it everything he had and more.
"Uhh yeah he is creepy. Very creepy" he said trying not to sound scared. THe wait was killing him. If she just attacked then it wouldn't be as bad.

Lucreshia looked up at the sky. He jewel was still glowing lowly as she stared. "Its a nice day out huh?" She looked down at him and smiled, tilting her head in confusion. He was acting strange, too strange. She just couldn't remember what that man wanted her to do with that boy. The battle before had pretty much scrambled her memory.
"He Gordon, you alright kid? You're acting funny again. Does that guy creep you out that bad?" She took a step forward holding out her hand to him, her blood red hair blowing in the wind.

" It's pretty creepy that he showed you my picture. I mean he only does that when he want people to kill me"he said but quickly covering his mouth. He had just ******** up his chance. BUt maybe she wouldn't attack. Maybe she had refused. Maybe he gain another ally against Mergex. He could only hope as he started to power himself up. If she did decide to fight hopefully that months training come in handy.
