he started back to the house slowly
"Erin?" he couldn't hear the howl, his ears were to weak

"What else. He wants to come home." He said just as softly.
She didn't know exactly what he said but had a feeling of what it was. She took a deep breath and put the keys in the ignition and started the car. "Put you seat belts on." Her voice was shaky.

"should we let him come visit? to see how he acts?" she didn't look away from her daughter as she spoke
he carefully slid Nate out of his lap and put his seat belt on
he whimpered softly

"I don't know. Are you okay with that?" He asked not sure how he felt about that with his daughter here now.
He followed Maki and put his belt on. He was a little concerned for Erin.
She Pulled out of the parking lot and started to the house, barely going speed limit.

he sat, away from the house but close enough that he could see it
"she'll be easier to protect now that she's here. I'm more worried about Erin and Maki"

"I think they'll be fine. But I'll talk to him later."
"Nothing." Her voice was still a little shaky, but she didn't want to talk about what she heard.

he looked over at Nate and shrugged a little
"you should go now... just in case he decides to go back. I can't really go any were... just come back ok?"

"I will be." He kissed her and took another look at his daughter. He walked quickly back to his car.
She was closer to the house. "When we get home go right inside. I have some hunting to do." She hoped he wasn't at the house just yet.

She parked the car near the porch. "I'll see you guys later." She put the keys in her pocket and darted out of the car and into the woods. She could smell him but tried to ignore it.
"Bye." He unbuckled and got out of the car by the time Erin disappeared.
He dove quickly back to the house. The traffic was a small problem. He wished he could have phased, it would have been quicker.

She stopped leaning on a tree. She was trying to focus on finding a dear. But she couldn't get Roy or his scent out of her head.
"Do you think she'll be okay?" He was worried about her.
He was getting closer to home.
