Made this up about 30 minutes ago.
Officer Frank was doing his patrol when he saw Ben on the street on his riding lawnmower. Officer Franklin couldn't have that happening on his patrol, so he stepped out of his car and walked over. "Ben could you stop the lawnmower please?" Ben stopped his vehicle. "Ben I am gonna have to write you a ticket, you can't go riding your lawnmower in the street." Ben looked up at him shocked. "Frank this isn't my lawnmower I am just mowing my buddy's lawn here. While he's out of town." Ben pulled up into the yard and started mowing the lawn. "Oh sorry about that, carry on." Officer Frank continued on his patrol.
Later he saw Ben on the same lawnmower a little across town and stopped him. "Ben I know you are driving around on that thing I am gonna have to write you a ticket." "No way Frank, my buddy drove me over in his truck I am just mowing his lawn." Frank went up to the door and talked with the owner and the guy who was obviously Ben's friend and was covering for him told him a similar story after a few hints from his buddy. "Alright, but you better not be lying to me." He drove off.
Frank drove home after his shift and who happened to be coming down his street but a guy on his lawnmower. Frank was gonna catch him this time. He waited until Ben was beside his house and came out from the back alley. "Well hi there Ben, coming here to mow a buddy's lawn? Who brought you this time?" "Well Frank." Ben blushed. "The lady i've been sleeping with has been driving me over here to mow her lawn." Frank laughed. "I caught you Ben, this is my house!" Franks wife came out of the house. "Oh Frank this is Ben, he's has been mowing the lawn for me while you are at work."
