Perfection isn’t even in the argument. Depends if you use the code right. If you can give them legitimate EVs, IVs, a Trainer ID, etc etc, it could be the same.
And Blue, if you wanted cake, you could've asked for more. -reaches into belly button and pulls out a cake- Yea, my navel can do that... Perfection is not for me.
