Sinovia smirked, "I suppose so." She walked towards the girl casually, the heels of her stilleto boots tapping against the cement sidewalk. She would take her chances for now, get to know this strange lycan that hardly lacked humility. Besides, the girl intrigued her so. She shoved her pale hands into her dark jeans' pockets, standing aside the girl. "I suppose we got off on a bad start," she started, the smirk on her face raising a little at the edge of her lips.

"It was a stressful situation and you took it better than your friend I suppose. You at least didn't blow up in my face but most tend to jump to conclusions and don't listen closely enough to the words of others. I miss them myself and jump to my own conclusions at times so I'm not exempt from it either. Oh well I suppose that maybe one day I'll learn to focus and hear the entire story instead of getting excited but mistakes are made so that we can learn from them." Humility was not exactly how Sibyl worked. She was quiet and believed in giving all individuals a chance but she was also straight to the point and did not like secrets being kept as it made her uncomfortable.
"I suppose this would maybe be the part where I introduce myself as Sibyl Terrence Black. Whichever name you wish to call me, you may. I also happen to be known as "wolf", "pup", "beast", "animal", "flea bag" or whatever other generic insults that exist for canines or lycans. Take your pick, I've heard most of them." Sibyl continued to walk and when Sinovia began walking beside her she simply remained staring forward as she never stared at people. The wolf in her took it as an unspoken challenge when people stared at her and sometimes she subconsciously lashed out at them for it.

Sinovia shrugged slightly, before remembering that she had left Omki on the roof. 'Oh who cares' she thought, pushing off the appealing words that Jien, the wolf-demon and Omki's other half, had spoken to her. Even though she would most likely be going back later on to do her part in order for the demon to track down the dark-skinned slayer. But she wouldn't think of such anger-fueling thoughts now, not in the presence of a potential enemy, even though, to her, all lycans were naturally the enemies.
"Alright, Sibyl," she started, "My name is Sinovia. But if you prefer bloodsucker, go right ahead. I might get a little antsy though," she teased. She, too, kept her eyes ahead, but not exactly for the same reason as Sibyl. She didn't want to lay eyes on the lycan too much, she was already on guard because of the awful dog-scent she could smell with her sensitive nose, even though it didn't take a sensitive nose for her to smell the girl walking with only a few feet of space between them.

Sibyl sensed a sudden surge of discomfort strike Sinovia abruptly and it caused her to instinctively tense up upon the intake of the vampire's emotions. Apparently she was angered for only a flash of a second and then she was calm again. Sibyl guessed that it had something to do with an event taking place at the cathedreal before she'd arrived there but that was merely an intuitive guess on her part. "What's," Sibyl decided to ask as she knew that something was clearly bothering the vampire, "bothering you? I'm more annoying than your average lycan as I'm not even technically a lycan but I can sense that you're distressed about something."
Sibyl hadn't expected Sinovia to give her name as she didn't expect anything in return if she offered something but hearing her name so she had something to call her other than vampire was always nice. "Hello," Sibyl responded immediately after Sinovia made her quirk, "Sinovia. Glad to meet you off of the battlefield seeing as though it tends to be a place where you meet people for no reason. I much prefer this setting as opposed to that rooftop myself but from what I've seen of New York so far, you guys really like getting into random brawls over insignificant things. You don't seem to possess the same mentality, though and you sound like you're from elsewhere, may I ask where you hail from?"

Sinovia closed her eyes at Sibyl's question, "It's nothing important at this moment in time," she said with a sigh. She was, in fact, distressed, though. In the back of her mind she was constantly distressed, thinking of her brother, his head smashing onto the stone floor, the image repeating itself over and over like a broken record. She snapped out of her thoughts once again. "So, tell me. If you're not technically a lycan, what exactly are you?" she asked out of curiousity. She didn't catch the scent of any other mix in the girl, at least not over that smell...
Sinovia grinned, looking at her feet. It was true that the population of the nightwalkers in New York City seemed a bit violent, but so was she, just.. In a different hue. She chuckled,"Yes, people do seem a bit more rambunctious here," she admitted before answering her question. "I hail from Russia, but I've traveled quite a bit through Europe before I came here."

"At this moment in time? So am I to take it that you are not wishing to talk about it but you are implying that it will at some point be important within another moment in time?" She could tell that the vampire did not wish to talk about it and though it did discomfort her that the vampire didn't wish to tell her and kept it from her, she decided not to pester her about it. Most people were not all that open and they tended to not appreciate Sibyl's curiousity and bluntness about topics that made them somewhat uncomfortable for reasons they wished not to discuss.
As for what Sibyl had said before, she did not keep secrets and she saw no reason not to further elaborate upon what she had mentioned to the vampire. "I was born a wolf. I am a wolf with the ability to transform into a human as opposed to a human with the ability to transform into a wolf. Most people are naturally unsettled by me as they can sense the almost pure predator within me. They can tell that I'm different but most cannot tell how." Sibyl wouldn't be surprised that her smell was worse than a lycan's seeing as though she was an actual wolf as opposed to a lycan.
Sibyl was not violent unless brought to violence. She was naturally wary of strangers and she was wary of Sinovia but the only way to become acquainted with strangers was to get to know them and that was precisely what she was doing. "I've never been out of my reserve in Washington until a few days ago. I've only been in New York for a few weeks, almost a month now, I think."

Rayne entered the city, looking around at the people walking down the sidewalks. She frowned to herself, not having anyone to walk with or talk to. Losing her friends and love had only killed her on the inside. She walked the streets an empty soul.

Alex walked through the streets. Blood dripped from his lips and his hands as he walked the streets. He saw so many humans walking around. All of them fresh blood awaiting their murder. Alex walked over to the curb and got in a taxi. He got in and sat in the back. When the driver looked away, Alex got up and bit him on the neck. He then drove to the location he wanted. He got out and walked into an alley where a drug dealer and a hooker were making out behind a desk that must have come out of the dumpster. Alex walked up to them and grabbed the hooker by the shoulder. He flung her, like a pencil, all the way to the other wall. She fell down knocked out. He walked over to the drug dealer and shoved his fist all the way through him. He pulled out his fist, covered in blood, and began to lick off the blood. Then he bit the human on the neck. After he drained aobut 3 pints he walked over to the hooker and drained about 5 pints. Alex walked out of the alley. As he walked down the street he turned around and looked at the alley. The dealer was walking out clutching both his neck and his stomach. Blood leaked from his stomach and fell to the street. The dealer looked around at all the humans walking around him. He pleaded for help to one buissness man. Then he lifted the hand off of his neck and felt his teeth. The teeth were razor sharp...

Casesy walked the streets alone with only her backpack as comany. She shiverd looking around not too sure what to expect around the next corrnor. She kept looking down at the map in her hands trying to make heads or tales out of it. Suddently she came acrosss two people talking to one another as the walked on the other side of the street. She sighed a little, happy to see people out on the streets. After looking both ways she crossed the street and hurried up right behind them and in a timmied a soft voice she called to them, "Umm, excuse me ladies, but I was wondering if you could help me?" as she said this she held up the map so they could see it better. "I'm a little new to the city..." She said with a little uncomfertable laugh.

Sibyl noticed the girl that was across the street once she sighed in relief to see that others were occupying the streets. Her instinct told her that the girl was new here, possibly lost and that all she sought were directions. Naturally, Sibyl was a slight bit wary of a complete stranger but she was not completely unfriendly. "Unfortunately I happen to be new as well. I've only been here for a few days so I can try and help you find where you're wanting to go but I'm not very familiar with the city either." Sibyl was a great tracker and she didn't need a map if she had the scent and if she helped this girl then she was going to have to re-track her footsteps in order to get back to James' apartment.

Casesy stopped laughing and tears startd to swell up in her eyes. "Oh well I see... the thing is I just want to get to the docks, I think some people are waitting for me there or something. If you could just do that it would really make my day." She said in a weak and sifflly tone. There was something about these two that unnerved her a little, but she just told herself that it was her frist time in a big city and that it was makeing her jumpy.

Sibyl wasn't alarmed when the girl randomly started crying but she was caught off guard by it and she didn't really know what to do. She wasn't the type that comforted humans and they were the kind of people that always sought comfort when they were in distress. "No need to cry. It can't be that difficult to find the docks since they're obviously going to be near a body of water and I'm sure that your map says where they are. Well I'll try to make your day but I'm not promising anything."
The wolf decided to get a closer view of the map that the sniffling woman was holding to get a lock on their postition. Being fairly decent with maps and directions, Sibyl was easily able to locate where they were. She pointed to the map and began her explanation. "See, we're right here, just down the street from Saint Patrick's Cathedral. The docks are over there so we just have to start heading that way." Sibyl could sense the girl's discomfort but she reminded herself to behave and not try to get excited by her fear of her or be discomforted by her being discomforted.

Casesy smiled as her tears started to dry up. She gave the woman a big hug. "Oh thank you! Thank you so much! This really helps me out!" She said as she let go of her. She started walking alone the sidewalk humming to herself happily. Once out of sight she stopped in her tracks and smacked her forehead. "Oh man the other hunters are going to want me to bring proof that I am one of them!" She took off her backpack and knelt down while unzipping it. She then pulled out an old cracked green helmet from inside. "Ok, you know what to do Green Knight." She said putting it on. Suddenly she was covered in a storm of green smoke for a few moments and then a hulk armored in green stepped forth. It was big, it was mean and its rage was clear in the smoldering eyes that peered out of the helmet. It roared with an ear splitting wail from the beyond. The earth opened up as a horse, who’s armor was just as green, burst forth like in birth. It mounted the horse and took off in to the streets.

Sibyl was absolutely discomforted by the woman making her sudden movements towards her and Sibyl had to immobilize the wolf within her to keep it from lanching itself at the girl. Sudden movements were never something good to do when in the presence of Sibyl as the wolf within her tended to be unnerved and easily set off by them. Fear was one set off but sudden movement was another and when there was sudden movement her first instinct was to launch herself at the jugular and rip until it'd been completely pierced and utterly destroyed. "You're-" Sibyl was cut off upon the girl randomly walking away from her after having asked her for assistance in order to find the docks.
"What's with all the bipolar people that are in this city?!" Sibyl softly exclaimed to herself in mild alarm and surprise and perhaps a hint of annoyance. "Maybe there's just something wrong with me but I definitely don't find very many people in this city normal. Then again I suppose that's probably because this city is well known for it's many beings and their numerous personas. I'll just have to become accustomed to it I suppose."
Sibyl decided that she'd had her dosage of New York folk for the night and that she would head on back to James' apartment. After the few people she'd met, Jacque and James were beginning to look rather normal in comparrison to the many that she'd encountered. At the very least they did not make sudden movements and scare the crap out of her so that she almost killed them. They also weren't bipolar like the many that she'd met thus far and seemed to actually have a reason for the mood in which they happened to be in at the time. They also managed to make her feel a slight bit normal and it gave her a comforting sense of belonging that both the wolf and human enjoyed.

Alex walked into the city looking around desperatly. He needed blood. He could smell it every where. He fell to the ground clutching his head. The blood was ripe too. It smelled like a fresh murder. Wherever it is Alex had to find it. He ran around his eyes even more red than usual. He walked around. The scent made his brain jumble. Alex needed that blood. Alex ran at the source where he found a man shooting a lady. Alex jumped at the man and bit him on the neck. Then he jumped down and bit the lady. He rejoiced with the blood. He looked at the people around him. They stared. All of them mortals, except... there were a couple of immortals. Alex wondered if they were vampires. If not he would spy on them. He walked around licking blood off of his blood red lips... Alex looked over and noticed something. It was their scent. The scent of wolf. Lycans! Alex ran towards the smell of lycan blood...
