"Hmph." Mahado turned away, crossing his arms over his chest. "Well, I guess you're most familiar with him of us. Where would he go?" "Well, if you ever change your mind about that, remember that I can make it so." Atem said, hugging Nanu. He didn't care that he was in the middle of a corridor on the floor. "If he does you any more harm, I will make him pay."

Rei thought for a moment "probly back to the oaisis" she said.
Nanu smiled as he hugged her. She was so happy with him.

"You're going to have to show the way." Mahado said, having not gone there with the pharaoh and Seto earlier. He went to the stables, where a small group of men were waiting. It was dark outside, one the best times to travel. He got up on his own personal horse, and waited for Rei to choose one for herself. Atem looked up when he heard footsteps approaching, and was startled to see Seto. For a moment, he forgot to be angry with his disobedient priest. "Hello, Seto. Did you hear about what's going on? Too much for me to deal with right now. I can't wait for things to settle back to normal." Seto had a tight-lipped, cold expression on his face. He didn't seem too happy. He bowed slightly, acknowledging the pharaoh. He had honestly not expected to come across Atem here. He looked at Nanu oddly, wondering what on earth possessed the pharaoh to make him snuggle with a servant in the hallway. "My pharaoh, might I suggest you get out of the hallway? You are attracting unneeded attention."

"yea" she said grabing a random horse and getting up on it.
Nanu looked up to seto.She had a slight fear in her eyes but she knew she was safe was atem.

Bakura had gone to the oasis. He was a bit disturbed to find things not quite as he had left it, but it was fine. Probably because of the bump on his head. He immediately set to supplying himself. He couldn't find any knife earlier, which was odd, because he always wanted to carry a blade with him. If he had a knife, he would have killed that servant earlier. The thought of her, what he would have done to her, made him shiver with pleasure. He wasn't thinking sexual things; he just wanted to hurt her. Hurt anyone. He loved the fearful look in her eyes, the tears, as she begged him not to kill her. Bakura smiled to himself as he moved through the house, looking for things to take with him. Seto bent a little and extended a hand to the pharaoh, ignoring Nanu. Atem took it and got up, helping Nanu as well. "Great pharaoh... may I ask why you are with this servant? Surely she has some work she should be doing. Cleaning or something of the like." Atem waved a hand. "Oh, she won't need to be doing that anymore. Didn't I tell you, Seto? We're getting married." He looped his arm around Nanu's waist, pulling her close and smiling at her. The look on Seto's face couldn't be described; it was priceless.

Nanu couldent help but smile as she gave atem a soft kiss on the cheak. That look made everything better. She did her best not to laugh.
Rei rode out with the rest of them leading them twards the oasis.

"You... you... what?!" Seto finally spluttered, his cheeks darkening. "Atem-- my pharaoh-- Cousin! You can't mean this! Not only as your priest, but also as family, I must advise against this!" He closed his eyes and turned away, trying to get a hold of himself. When he spoke next, his voice was slow and strained. "You can't mean to take her as queen, can you? She will just be a minor wife, correct?" Atem was thoughtful. It would be a very wrong and rather harmful political move to take Nanu as the royal queen. The other countries would think he was getting weak and might declare war. He shook his head. "No, but it doesn't mean she should be looked down upon. Her political title might not be royal queen, but she will be treated as such."
[Naw, not sexual. Not yet, anyway. Maybe later on.]

Nanu was quiet letting them talk. She really dident care if she wasent the queen. As long as she was with atem she was perfectly happy.
"Ok hear's the deal" rei said as they got closer. 'you and your idiots will go around the house. I will go in and talk to him. you dont go in. its assimple as that" rei told mahado "Oh and I'll kill anybody that goes inside the house...or bakura. god know's he'll want to."

Mahado shrugged and then nodded, not caring. "What if he kills you?" "Will you do me the favor of getting married in private?" Seto muttered, bowing down low to the pharaoh. "Don't go up to every person and tell them about your decision, at least not until you have a queen picked out. If you would like, we could leave today and pay some visits on suitable women." Atem yawned and shook his head. "No. Not really." He said, to either of Seto's suggestions. He turned towards Nanu. "Come on, let's try to get some sleep before the others come back. I don't want to fall asleep around Bakura if he's become some crazed murderer. Well, he was always like that..."

"Is that it?" Mahado had thought that Rei was lying about the whole oasis, and was quite surprised when they came across a house. He called for his men to stop, and they did. He then repeated what Rei had said earlier, and they moved around the house.
"Good." Atem started to walk with Nanu, then paused and turned towards Seto. "I'm doing this against the recommendation of Bakura. I'm going to let you live, and still be priest. But I swear, Seto, if you dare try to kill off anybody without my permission, you're dead."

"Yea thats it." Rei said hoping off the horse. She had no wepon and could care less if bakura killed her. Walking up to the house she leaned in the doorway. She wasent as bakuramoved about and dident even notice her. After a while she finaly spoke up "What ya lookin for?"

Bakura started and turned around; his eyes narrowed when he saw Rei. His gaze flicked to the windows, where he saw a few of the soldiers. "God damn it... why can't you ******** leave me alone?" He hissed, clearly irritated. "Take the damned horse back, I don't care. I didn't kill that servant, so you can just leave me alone."

Rei sighed "I'll be sure to tell them that...not like I give a damn..." she ran her fingers threw herhair and took a step closer "Listen bakura...There are alot of thingsthat I know you dont rember...You never have...Im I know me saying all this is probly confusing the hell out of you and most likly making you angery but....It you forgot somthing...somthing changed your life...made you diffrent...would you want to rember it?Not all memories are good im sure you know but thereare some thatcan be wonderful..." rei blinked for a second. She was startedto confuse herself.

"Stop babbling nonsense at me and leave." Bakura growled, turning away from Rei. His back to Rei, he was able to slip a knife out of his pocket and into his sleeve without being seen. He slowly looked back at her, his eyes reflecting the anger he was feeling. "Tell the pharaoh's men they can go too."
