Bakura's smirk could even be heard through the telephone, it seemed. "The girl is going to die? How pleasant. It would be quite interesting to watch; she should have just died the first time I tried to kill her." He said with a snort, then remembered he was holding the phone still. He blinked, then hung up silently, and hauled Ryou to his feet, making sure that he grabbed the arm he had hurt just moments earlier. "We're going to go watch Kira be killed off." He said cheerfully, ignoring Ryou as the boy started to slip into unconsciousness from the pain. "Oh bloody hell..." He muttered, shaking Ryou roughly to wake him up. When he saw that the boy was still awake, he pushed up the sleeve and found the problem. His shoulder was dislocated, and Ryou's collarbone broken. If Bakura continued to handle Ryou harshly like this, he'd do further damage. And Bakura didn't want to break his toy fully. He popped the bone back in place, though this task was made a little harder because Ryou did faint. He sighed heavily and leaned over the still form of Ryou on the ground to wake him up.
"Fine, I'll try again, but I want you all to come," Khalid said, nodding his head. "I just didn't want to get in trouble with the law system of this place; who knows how long we'll have to stay here. I can't wait until we get back to Domino; this language is uncomfortable for me."

Shora hung up the phone and looked to the nurces who were staring at her "Your all dying to get shot arnt you?" she asked in english her hand resting on her gun.They all scrambled.She went back into kira dark room sitting down in the chair in the corner.

Upon entering the hospital a little while later, Bakura scowled. They were here. 'They', of course, being Khalid, Ishizu, Yugi, and the pharaoh. He heard Ryou cry out softly, whether he had, too, spotted the small group, or because Bakura's grip on the boy had tightened. He had snaked an arm around Ryou's waist and the boy was pressed against his chest. Bakura's eyes narrowed further when Khalid noticed him, and the group approached. "You here to see Kira die as well?" Bakura asked, wondering if it was some public event.
But Atem paid little attention to what Bakura just said. His lips curled back into a wolflike snarl, and he glared at Bakura. "You monster. Unhand the boy." He snapped, Ryou's pain obvious. The boy was trembling, pale (paler than usual, actually), and on the edge of fainting.
"Now where have I heard that before?" Bakura asked in a mocking voice. He still remembered when, for whatever reason, he had tried to help Yugi when Atem was acting oddly, and he had said nearly the exact same thing to Atem. But Bakura didn't want to stall here; he just wanted to finally watch Kira die and get the Millennium Eye back. He thrust Ryou at Atem, giving the boy a solid push.
Atem caught Ryou when the boy stumbled and would have fallen to the floor, and helped him to his feet. It didn't take long to discover the source of his major pain, since he didn't move his right arm any, and it was at an odd angle. "We should get you help. We are in a hospital, anyways."
"No..." Ryou pleaded, pulling out of Atem's grip. He swayed dangerously on his own and had to rely on the pharaoh again. "Please... I just want to see Kira..."

Shora had just when into the lobby about to leave when she noticed the whole lot of them there. "Eh ya all here?" she sighed "there goes my lunch.." she turned and started heading into the hospital "lets go"

"Hurry up, then," Bakura snapped, walking at a quick pace, as not to be mistaken for being a part of the group behind him. He just wanted to hurry up and get the Millennium Eye and leave again; prehaps he could get a little fun with Ryou in the mean time.
Khalid spoke to Ishizu in low tones, while Yugi struggled to keep up with his yami and the others, his stride a little slower than the rest of theirs. He looked worried about Ryou, who was also struggling to walk fast enough, putting his pain behind him. "I haven't seen her yet, so there might be no chance to save Kira's mental side. They may just have to destroy the physical body, but I might be able to put her soul in the Millennium Eye and transfer it into a new host. There's such a strong feeling from Fate telling me that, no matter what, she can't die." Khalid was murmuring to Ishizu, trying to comfort her. He had figured out what Bakura meant by saying that Kira was going to die.

Shora opened the door to the roomwere they had kira hooked up to a breathing machine.Shora fliped on the lights "Now hurry up your using up my break." she told them.Kira was very pale and thin.She had more machines hooked up to her then when she had been hit by a truck.

"Hm." Khalid moved across the room, already drawing out his Millennium Key. He put it lightly against Kira's forehead and started to turn, but stopped. His eyes widened, and he was frozed in that position for a moment, then shook his head slightly. "Huh..." He turned and gestured for Ryou to move over to him. When the boy did so, Khalid grasped Ryou's hand, and then turned the key and sent both his and Ryou's minds into Kira's.

Kira's soulroom seemed to be faiding.nothing was as bold as it used to be.Kira lay on her side her eyes closed.She was very pale and thin.Off to the side of the soulroom was the tear stained ryou plushy.Kira had her back turned to it.

Ryou quickly moved over to Kira, but he stopped short a few feet. He bit his bottom lip. "Kira..." He said softly, wishing that Khalid wasn't there. He took another step closer, and put his hand gently on her shoulder. "Can you hear me? I'm so sorry..."

Kira dident answer him as she laid there.She seemed cold to the touch.She looked pittyful.

When Ryou seemed about to start crying, Khalid moved over to Kira, taking Ryou's place. He connected his mind with hers, so that if she was awake or not, she'd still have to listen, and that Ryou would be blocked out. He didn't care if she responded.

Kira dident respond at all.Her soul faided a bit more.Her mind seemed to be welcoming death.To her she had no reason for living.
((ryou's the only one that can wake her up...i'm sure you'll figure out how..))

"What's the matter?" Ryou asked when Khalid's face darkened. He blinked when Khalid moved away from Kira, ignoring Ryou. So he approached Kira again and had to choke back tears. How he wished that Khalid wasn't there! It would have made things so much easier... He settled on burying his face on Kira's side and controlling his tears, sobbing dryly. After a while he rolled Kira over and, putting his hands behind her head, lifted it up a little bit before he kissed her tenderly, forgetting all he had said to her before. He backed away after that, wiping his eyes. "I love you..." He whispered, forgetting now about Khalid.

Kira's body twitched as her eyes halfway opened gasing up at him.Her eyes looked faded but atleast she was awake.

Ryou had backed away from Kira, however, and didn't notice this action. He buried his face in his hands and trembled violently, speaking to Khalid. "S-so I guess they'll just pull the plug on K-Kira and Bakura'll make m-me go back to the apartment w-with him... I'd be better off d-dead as well..." He sobbed, knowing full well what would be in store for him, and also knowing how he had lost his first 'escape' but might be able to grab a knife from the kitchen to get his wrists or something like that. Kira wasn't responding, so the cold people in the hospital would just kill her off, and there'd be no need to live in a world where he was stuck with Bakura.
Khalid caught Kira's eye and arched an eyebrow before looking over at Ryou. His face showed no signs of compassion. "I see. I'll have to stop you from killing yourself, Ryou. Once you gave up on Kira and she gave up on life, you were placed in Bakura's hands, and that's where you'll have to stay." He said, rolling his eyes slightly.
