Izzy, felt her body and the scene in front of her go in slow motion. Izzy wasn't allowed near fire, she was klutzy and well, a vampire. Those two things did not mix well, when fire was involved. She felt when Kreig had picked her up along with Sapphire and stashed them safely away.

The immense feeling of relief rushed over her, and she was happy to be still living. Before she could say thank you, Kreig was off saving someone else, like a real super hero. She hugged Sapphire instead, waiting for it to be all over.

When it was she stuck her head out so watch to see if there was any more flames, thankfully there were none. She quickly ran to the others giving wide breath to Koneko in case she busted out in flames again.

"Thank you Kreig, you have no idea how bad it would have been if the flames parley even touched me. You really did save my life." She hugged Kreig tight. Her body still reeling over her near death experiences.

Sapphire felt her body being carried. The spark of fire caught the corner fo her eye. She felt Kreig wrap his arm around her and saw that he had grabbed Izzy too. Good we don't need her bursting into flames, I won't get her back. Sapphire had that quick protective thought, as al;ways.

When Kreig dropped them she landed awkwardly on he leg and bit down on her lip so hard it started bleeding. She looked down to see her leg, which was still bleeding, laying awkwardly on the floor.

She watched as Kreig saved the angel from the gust of fire. Oh joy my other half... she thought quietly. After Kreig saved the angel she looked up to watch Kreig calm down. "Thanks for saving me." She said while looking at her leg.

Kreig's mind swam, as if he were recovering from a hangover. He felt something squeezing him tightly, and looked to find it was only Izzy, Sapphire lay behind the pillar, bleeding and in need of more help. The other girl she had saved was tending to the explosive furball, Koneko. The newcomer to the group lay on the ground, appeared to be burnt, he might also need medical attention. In the confusion Kreig had lost track of Melody, and he hoped she wasn't incinerated or badly burned. Koneko was wrapped up in the girl's arms, who Kreig now noticed had wings. The girl he had saved was an angel. Shouldn't she be the one doing the saving?.

A few moments later Kreig began to think rationally again, thinking how he was going to get everyone to the nurse. Then another thought crossed his mind, Maybe the angel could help us... I hope flying around and singing isn't their only power... Without a word, Kreig gently shrugged off Izzy and approached the angel, who had long flowing golden hair and prominent white feathered wings. Kreig said in a raspy voice, "You wouldn't happen to know how to heal people, would you?"

Meridan layed on the ground with his arms badly burnt. After a bit Meridan sat up and looked around. He noticed the angel and just stared at her in amazement and wonder what is felt like to be an angel around others. Meridan got his senses back and then felt a pain in his arms. he looked at them and noticed how badly they were burnt. Meridan stood up and motioned one of his arms in a weird manner and some plants grew around him. Meridan had a few tears in his eyes as he began to move and work with his arms. In a short bit Meridan had an ointment ready. Meridan then placed the ointment all over the burnt parts of his skin and looked at Kreig and said, "I will be fine.....this ointment has an incredible healing rate when it is applied to fresh wounds". Meridan then looked at the girl with the cut leg and said, "You should use this" Meridan put his hand out to give the ointment to the girl and then said, "If you use it though it will sting a bit"

Meridan sighed as his arms still hurt allot and then looked at Sapphire when she spoke. Meridan thought to himself and finally said, "Yes it can help with any injury as long as it is treated quickly". Meridan sat down on a stump of a tree and looked at his burnt arms again. They began to heal. Meridan looked at the sky and just thought to himself, ^this was an amazing first day for sure^ Meridan then came back to earth as he felt a bit more pain shoot into his arms. Meridan's eyes glowed green at each surge of pain until the pain just became natural. Meridan then said, "So what should we do now?" Meridan couldn't think of what to do because he was unsure of how bad the girls leg was.

Izzy felt slightly hurt that Sapphire didn't want her help, but understood, all to well. She settled for watching over her. These two best friends were a little over protective of each other when it came to other people. She was laughing to herself when Ser had to put on the stingy stuff, even more at her comments about them. Izzy was a daughter of a doctor, and new they were all in bad shape, well except for her. She had been reused before she was flame-bayed into ash and had manged not to fall down today.

"hahah i guess i could help you fix it." Izzy laughed. She suddenly felt really playful again. Her mind wondered over different out comes of what will happen, the to when her brothers would send her a care package. She knew they'd send her, the blue cooler with the blood bags in it soon for her. It was always a plus having a older brother who was a doctor and could get that stuff.
