Robert smiled to Akua as he relaxed on the couch. It was always hard to try and find the right words to describe his reason. If one knew his situation, most would often presume revenge or vengeance as his motive. Taking in a breath, he decided to simply summarize his reason rather than go into detail about his past. "To make sure what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else. The police are cowards when it comes to facing off against powerful crime organizations, and the law sometimes gets in the way of seeing justice done. Sometimes you have to be willing to break the law in order to achieve the greater good." Robert replied in a calm tone of voice.

Akua Akua looked at Robert with a hint of exaustion. Though she didn't say it, his story was kinda boring. It seemed like he doesn't like the law for obvious reasons. "That's sounds dangerous," she said simply, looking down at Chicky. "Just remeber, Snitches get stitches. and curiousity killed the cat. Word of advice. No meaning to offend."
She sat up at that, putting her hands together in a thinking fashion. "But then again," she said, looking up. "Isn't Snagem made of mostly nosy people. I'm just happy that they aren't the stupid nosy type." She smiled and leaded back, folding her hands behind her head. What she said might of been a little unusual, but that was just the way she was.

Sub was now sitting in his office, at his desk as he thought over the current situation in Unova. Team Cipher was now in complete and total control of the Pokemon League and to top it off they had captured the entire Elite Four and criminalized Alder, the region's champion in the process. Something drastic had to be done, nothing short of an army would be able to stop Team Cipher. "An army..." Sub said to himself out loud.

Doragon Zantenpesuto
"Don't give up on me now Sparky!" Doragon shouted to his Vulpix. "And Paint, Don't you dare let up on her. Try again. Quick Attack. Paint use Scratch again." The both nodded and launched at each other. However, Sparky wasn't moving fast enough, and was hit hard by the Scratch. She shouted in pain and jumped back, panting. Sparky closed one her eyes in pain. "If this is too hard," Doragon said, scratching his head. "You can always drop out. Just say so." Vulpix glared back at Doragon and he quickly dropped the subject, ordering the attack again. Paint nodded and launched at Sparky again. She quickly turned back to Paint, launching at her again. They had been training like this outside for a while now, since that victory against Shiruba. Now he wanted to get stronger, since Shiruba seemed like the type who would keep challenging until he won. "Maybe I should put Shine or Majesty in instead," Doragon suggested. Sparky glared again at Doragon and he sighed. By now Sparky was exausted, bruised just like Blaze. However, she insisted they continue the training. It was a few tries later that Vulpix finally started to get the hang of the attack. After a while, Vulpix was able to match Paint blow for blow. They both jumped back, panting. However, Sparky then fell to the ground in exaustion. "You've had enough Sparky," Doragon said as he returned her to her Pokeball. "You and your crazy ideas. Alright, you're up Majesty." He then threw out his other Pokemon, preparing for more training.

While one might've expected this from Sol, it wasn't him. Perhaps this just ran in the family.

"Eh? Ceramew?" Sub said as he took notice of Ceramew outside of his office. "Well, this is a surprise, just like your father in the sneaking I see." He said with a laugh. "Come on in."

"I have an excuse... it's called I float. I dunno how daddy does it. He's not here anyway, though. Said he was going to Mount Battle to see if he could find someone..." Ceramew said, before she went on in. "I think he might have the same idea about forming an army of sorts. After what happened at the League, I can understand why too."

"Ah, yes, the floating thing, forgot about that, I'll have to remember that next time. Also must remember to examine Sol to unlock the secrets of his quiet shifty approach." He said with a chuckle. "Mount Battle huh? I wonder who could possibly be all the way on top of that volcanic mountain. Seriously though, some trainers and mountaintops, I don't see what the big draw is." He shrugged. "Any who, yeah, I was considering getting in touch with the former gym leaders of Unova, I'm sure they would love to get revenge on Cipher."

He wanted to find her to see if she might be willing to fight too. Even if she doesn't, it'd be safer for her here than on a mountain." Ceramew explained. "And good luck figuring that secret out. I've been with him almost my whole life and haven't been able to. But I can kinda sense him like I can with you and some of the others, so there's that. And yeah... maybe Alder too, I'm sure he's none too happy. Or Cheren."She shifted a bit as she thought. "Hm. He's right, we do have a lot... the gym leaders, Cheren, Alder, anyone else from the region already helping or got screwed over from Cipher. Then there's the clone, maybe. And I could probably get what's around of the rangers, I'm sure they don't like what's been going on there one bit if they're aware. Maybe others too?"

Sub had fallen asleep after speaking with Ceramew, he was pleased to hear the news with Sol and decided to do his part too in forming their 'army' so to speak. Right now though he was in the main area of HQ looking for any available Snagems to help him out with the preparations of forming the army, he was just one person and can't do everything on his own.

With Sub falling asleep like he had, Ceramew figured she might want to just get around to doing her own part. She made to transform before doing so, figuring to at least have a form more associated with her target "audience" before any kind of shifting from there.
Besides, it was the only way her uniform would fit. Having done that and enlisted the help of her Togekiss, it wasn't long before they took off. Or to make the trip overseas; Extremespeed was a useful ability sometimes. As soon as they arrived at the old headquarters of the Ranger Union, she made sure to make her way inside.
To her, this was going to be a rough day, but she had to do it. It was obvious that they were still very much in a recovery phase; there was a receptionist as always, but it was far less busy compared to prior days. Normally, it'd be bustling with activity, most often from people within the region. To say the least, it was a little jarring to see the effects firsthand.
Or maybe they just needed a new receptionist. This one didn't seem too thrilled about being at the spot, something Ceramew could see as she walked over.
"Um, sorry... Is there anyone upstairs? Something's come up, so it's important that I can talk with someone."
There wasn't a response; this guy didn't even know who the heck she was outside of uniform alone. He just mumbled something incoherently and gave a signal. Maybe it was just the effects of what they were working through; if she had to deal with it firsthand, her mood wouldn't be too good either. "Thanks, I guess..."
Quiet and nodding, she and her Togekiss went on upstairs. Walking through towards another flight of stairs, she was kinda glad to see the place wasn't in disrepair or anything like that. But the atmosphere was nothing like it used to be. It was a little busier as she got to the stairs and up to the third floor, as well it should be. This didn't stop several heads from turning, some surprised that she'd even be showing her face.
An awkward silence filled the room, until one of the people at a large console decided to break it. Presumably one that at least knew of her. "Serra? What are you doing here?"
"I think some of us would love to know that too." It almost wasn't surprising that Spenser would butt in. "Last time we talked, you were off associating with people that shouldn't be associated with."
"Yeah, yeah, I know, anything with you guys, I can't let my associations be known. I dun care right now, there's worse to worry about. How much do you all know of a region called Unova?"
This made a couple more heads turn. "Well? Tell me. I still take my Styler almost everywhere I go, and I know your network's been up."
"So that's the far off region we keep getting a signal from." Another operator spoke. "Our information's kinda limited. The region's populace doesn't like a lot of its information being known, at least before arrangements were made to allow tourism. But we have seen some activity from there."
"So you know about the stuff going on?"
"Barely. Your signal's really been one of the only ones there. Elita's did get close that one time. She was originally tasked to get Miss Caitlin sent from Sinnoh to there, as you know. She did mention you in her report, and the group you've been associated with."
"I guess there's a bit of explaining I better do, then..."
"I guess there is. And you can explain why you've still been associating with that group of vigilantes."
What followed next was a brief, yet detailed explanation of the events that had been going on in Unova. Cipher's experiments with chi, for starters, and some of the technology she saw and faced firsthand. It gradually proceeded to what she had heard about their stint as Perich Enterprises, and some of the items. It eventually culminated into the hostile takeovers of every gym in the region, thus tossing the original leaders out of their job, and finally the league itself.
"...And now, the region's on the verge of a war. There's a lot Cipher's turned against them. There's several in Unova, like the Gym Leaders and Alder. There's a few others too, and others that probably wanna do something about them too. Then there's me and the group. Our efforts has done some good against them, but now there's no way to keep that up." Ceramew said, concluding her speech.
"Alright, so how do we know any of this is true? And if you're with them, I don't see why you feel a need to keep calling yourself something you're no-"
"Ugh, Spenser, just listen!" At this point, she didn't care too much about appearance. She had already planned for this kind of thing. Before all of the eyes in the room, her transformation dissolved. For the first time, they were all finally seeing that she was a far cry from human. "Okay!? If anything, I've been more of a Ranger ever since I wasn't completely tied to it. If I just sat back and waited for you to assign something, nothing would really get done, or at least I wouldn't. My daddy and brother's with that group too, and if it wasn't for them, I dun think I'd be here right now practically telling you all to get off your butts!"
Not a word was said, at least right away. They weren't sure what was the bigger shock; a Pokemon, of all things, calling itself a Ranger, or that such a thing was hidden for the longest of times. For Spenser, though, it was a confirmation. Now he saw it firsthand, and he wasn't pleased.
"With a form like that, it's really farfetched to even have-"
"Now, Spenser, let her finish speaking." Out of the ones in the room, an elderly woman finally spoke. Unlike the others that had been taken aback and surprised, she was decidedly calm.
"C-chairperson?"
"I don't think the dear would show herself without a good reason. I'm sorry, you can resume."
"Thanks, miss Erma..." A small sigh of relief came from her, before she decided to resume. "My form shouldn't matter anyway. What should is the stuff going on in Unova. Something's gotta be done, or it's probably gonna spread. I know you're not fond of the group I've been with, but sometimes it's the only way to get something done. Besides, you've got people above me that can assign tasks to theirselves, and sometimes have others help them. It's not much different than what I'm doing. I just dun have the fancy title to go with it."
At this point, she perched herself onto her Togekiss. "Anyway, you guys are recovering, right? Trying to get better? Trying to do something about Cipher there would be one of the best things right now, no matter any sort of affiliation. Your job's to uphold the peace more than anything else, and trust me, it's anything but peaceful there. I only dropped the transformation because it's that serious of a matter, and I dunno how else I could make that clear. So dun think of me asking this as part of a group, or as something that randomly decided to speak. Take it as me asking my superiors and colleagues, since that's what it is anyway... but can I trust you all to help too? It's gonna take a lot to do anything to them, there's no way anyone can do it alone."
The rest in the room seemed to start discussing, muttering to theirselves and others. At least until the chairperson decided to speak again.
"Of course. When the time comes, you just give the signal. The rest will follow."
"Thanks, again, really. I'm sorry to cut this kinda short, but I kinda need to go. If there's anyone else that can be asked to assist, I need to do what I can." She didn't wait for a response before having her Togekiss slowly get downstairs, eventually getting out of the building and flying back to the team's HQ posthaste.
After that, Spenser finally spoke again. "Did you always know about... that?" He asked. She seemed way too calm about the whole ordeal.
"In my age, there's not much I haven't seen or felt. Or did you forget a few of our best were only children?"
"..." He decided to just drop it. Too much of a headache.
It wouldn't be too long before Ceramew would return, sighing in relief as she got off Togekiss and went inside. "I guess that's got them..." She said to herself.
