duckmasta Azeiel The Fallen I am glad I am not the only one who agrees with Cobra while there probably will be, if the case is like Beatriz, where the reason is due to one's health, that time won't affect it. That and Clan head status is only available to Chunin or higher. I agree with and know this as well. If they just plain up and stop rp-ing then they should not have the spot. That is just how it should be. But all in all I still agree with Cobra a system needs to be in place for taking the clan head title from someone.

I have a question. Gennin can learn academy level jutsu of their element on their own right?

Genin can't learn anything on there own unless given permission by crew. If your itching to train join the mission. You will get a fun fight and a good bit of training.
You could have your Rpc speak up and say he wants to help, or something along those lines. I am pretty active, I just watch anime all day and work out so I can get you trained up pretty well. If I am aloud to anyway.

meh Duck is going to teach me some more jutsus but as soon as I get a satisfied number of jutsus then I dont see why not.

I know, i was mostly using a hyperbole to describe it, but i am going to have about twenty kunai and shuriken around me, and I'll have about ten explosive ones that I can use. I might use a couple linked by wires to make an epic net that explodes when it catches to something.

A clan head must be a chuunin at minimum, but if you want to be Kaguya clan head, you would have to beat the Tsuchikage. So to become head of Kaguya, you would have to prove yourself stronger than the Tsuchikage, thereby making you the rightful Tsuchikage. But right now, you're a genin, so the chances of defeating the Tsuchikage.....are not high.

He's going to try to squeze in a jutsu and basic fire tai for me first.

Anyone who comes with me one the mission will be trained in what ever there Rpc needs to learn. ( Within reason.) There will be a little bit of travel time in which I will use to train you before the real mission begins.
