Miguel had deided, shortly after the two had left, that this was probably the best place to be, for him. there would be little interferance. he was sitting now, half-lotus, in a meditative position. his head was looking slightly upward, his eyes wide open, glowing a blackish purple, swirling with energy. anyone with any kind of energy sensing ability could easily sense an aura of dark energy surrounding him.

Harriot hurried off to find out why Miguel was out of his cell.
Echo sperated from Cassidy and weent over to Miguel, "Why are you here?"

Miguel closed his eyes for a second, then opened them, revealing their usual color. without changing his current calmness, he spoke. "here in the forest? or here as in right in this spot?"

Echo sighed and crossed ehr arms, "You...You were sent to prison. I know that. I was afraid for you. But, how did you get out?"

Miguel paused for a moment, then spoke, sighing lightly. "i was let out... to prove my loyalty..." he couldnt get the rest of the explanation out. it just refused to leave his mouth.

Val looks at the doorway. he moves over to a small corner and sits down. "Im not hungry or thirsty, thank you. And i would rather prefer a small space." Val smiles up at her. "Thank you for helping me miss Roselia"

Miguel gulped lightly. "by... c... ca..." he took a deep breath. "c-capturing... y... y-you..." he was looking at the ground now, knowing what was probably coming next.

Echo eyes widened. A flash and fear and anger crossed her face, "WHAT!?! What are you saying!?!"

Roselia smiled,"You are welcome sir Val. Anything for a guest." She walked back into the kitchen with the ice pack and put it away. She unrolled the piece of cloth and dumped the ice. She took her time doing this because she figured val might need some alone time to think.

Val drifted off to sleep and dreamed.
He was in a field of flowers of many colors. The girl Abbie was there in a dress. She was smiling and waving at him. The seen flashed and he was surrounded by human warriors. They were rushing around him on horses and Abbie was curled up in fear next to him. He was protecting her. The seen changes once more with him over a fallen enemy. He was crying and a shadow looms over him. It attacks and everything goes black.
Val wakes with a start. He is sweating and shaking.

Miguel stood up. he shrugged. "im saying exactly what it sounds like... i was released to prove my loyalty, and the only way to do that without killing you was to capture you... so thats what i was told to do..." he looked up, scared about her reaction.
