Well, you can learn techniques faster crying that was the only direct benefit I could give int, sorry.
Attack turns are being replaced with Dice Rolls and it's more terminology than anything. I just gotta write up the new abilities thread.
And next time pay attention to the news post, guys! D: I hate sending out announcements, it seems that people never read them anyway xD (I ignore most of my notices after all..)

I only read announcements. Yeah I noticed the bonus that INT gives. If I devote seven full level ups of stat increases to INT I can make training decreased by 1 post! Yippee!

You forgot Jishuteki in your Puppeteering clans list sweatdrop
even though we dont quite use the Kugutsu No Jutsu way of puppeteering sweatdrop
but we still play with puppets rofl
Also......can I deviate a bit for the mechanisms,gadgets,and weapons? I wanna make"Attatchments" specific to Jishuteki puppets only...but they can be adapted for normal puppet use ninja Think a flashdrive to a computer.....except the Attatchments add a functionality and change the way a puppet reacts to the Animators signal ninja And also, just so thier not TOOOOO overpowerful...the Attatchments have the tendency to "Overload" the puppet......like putting too much stress on someone can cause them to become mentally unstable and such sweatdrop

Aruil It was for the increased amount of skill points that it gave in the old system. Like I said, the new system significantly weakened my guy. That's why you create a new profile, for the new system. If your character no longer really benefits from having massive int, then place those points somewhere else. You have to rewrite your profile anyway, so what's the problem? Not to mention the most techniques that require ninjutu but don't do damage have an average requirement of 14 nin. It's not that much to have.

Okay, I've checked up on the changes, and must admit I don't have any complaints with the jutsu system. However, I do have questions. Xenon's Dividing thunder doesn't appear to be on the list any more, so should I merely replace it with another similar B-rank Raiton move he's Qualified for?
Also, Where summons are concerned, do I need to redo the whole snake summon based on the new system and get it re approved? Or, since I wasn't really intending on using any of the high level snakes yet any way, could I just do Scale and Medusa for now, since they 're the ones Xenon uses at present, and do the others when I'm ready?
Also, neutral is there a reason the time skip stories thread has been...still for so long? I mean, I know my story for Xen was long but...

Existing Summoning Contracts just need to be converted into the new system, like everything else. Only one that needs to be approved is my one, the Owls, which is being converted right now.

Absolutely correct. I could just change the character data and void the training he's done thus far. Sorry, but that's not how I operate. He trained for certain stats and skills and that's what he's got. Clearly I'm trying to maximize his usefulness within the confines of the system but I'm not about to throw away the RP that I've put in to do it.
And since the topic of deleted jutsus has come up, Touei no longer exists which my guy learned. My question is the same as Ghosts'.

Yeah, it seems they have not quite finished doing the jutsus... And what is even more annoying is that they didn't have the courtesy of putting up "IMAGE HEAVY" warnings...

D: I really don't appreciate being referred to as "they". Save for a more in-depth look at Fuuin Jutsu, we are finished. The jutsu we didn't include, we thought were impractical.

Lol. Thanks you for putting a warning.
Kouri, remind the crew Fuuin is not limited to "sealing". Hence why my fusion fuuin could of worked. Fuuin can be used for a lot of things. Like, Minato's Flying Thunder God Technique, which is fuuin based.

Not really sure what you found so funny...
I'm sure the Crew doesn't need me to remind them. Besides you can remind them yourself. You pretty much just did so... I am playing no part in the Fuuin thing whatsoever, I know nothing about it and I'm not interested in knowing anything about it either. As far as I know it's perfectly plausible to have a Naruto RP without Fuuin Jutsu. Who's to say the art hasn't died out <.< A large chunk of it went with the fall of that village and the death of Yondy.
