Figured out what the Fuuin Kinjutsu can do... Well, basically, it stops the need to use hand seals to use techniques. So basically, he can learn techniques a lot faster, and he has his hands free at all times. His father was his master, training him since the day he could stand on his feet. It was a foolish move, because by age 11, it was already a Samurai Commander. Equal to his Father, and by 13, was the personal body guard of the The General. He learned of the Kinjutsu through the paper work of the The General. He stole the fuuin, but his father was head of the guard that day. He killed his father, and another 20 samurai.
Of course, using jutsu without having to use hand seals is just one of the abilities, like certain techniques, can be used without chakra. Mostly ones to do with movement, like body flicker and the simple Bushin. But over 10 chakra moves, he starts at 1. So basically every move he uses requires -10 chakra. Meaning he can last longer in battle.
He is one of the few Samurai with an elemental affinity. Fire. Hence why he was made a personal body guard. (Unless they do have elemental affinities, then... he was just a fast learner...)
He is more commonly known my his alias, Senkoryu (Lightning Flash Dragon, even though his affinity is Fire, he is REALLY fast, and he breaths fire... so...) He is weak against genjutsu, seriously, he can't even handle D rank ones...
