Whoa, I just cracked my neck!
I woke up this morning took a shower and felt really tired, sick and depressed so I went back to bed til like 45 minutes ago at 3:45

I always crack my back by sitting down and turing my upper body around behind me. But I can never crack it like in the center which is what I need cus it always hurts.
