Hokay kiddies, here goes:
How do you feel about the current way we introduce new members? The new members who have been invited?
Is the current thread deletion system satisfactory? If not, how could it be changed to become satisfactory?
What do you like about PYP?
What don't you like about PYP?
Do you feel that the mods are doing a decent job? If not, please explain.

I don't have a prob with the way we introduce people , maybe they should be notified that there is a 60 day "probation" period.... I think the thread deletion policy (now that I get it) is good I like everything about PYP, the people, atmosphere and everything PYP has become the only thing I don't like about the guild is that once certain members are in, it seems like they stay indefinitely and there's no member "banning" system or at least some warning system

It could probobly use work, but i wouldn't know how to improve it. What do you like about PYP? EVERYTHING! The intelligence level is higher than chatterbox, so thats a plus. biggrin What don't you like about PYP? Some of the people get a little full of themselfs and feel the need to put others down. Thats bad. neutral Do you feel that the mods are doing a decent job? If not, please explain. I don't see that the mods are doing much at all, to be honest. I know they DO things, but i think they could maybe look around more for people with complaints, rather than waiting for them to fly into their laps.

If not, please explain. 1, 2, 3 - http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?pt=1117596636&p=20247159#202471594 - I'm here for the people. 5 - the occasional witch hunts. 6 - The meeting system kinda fell apart on that second try. As for MOD's doing thier jobs. Maybe we should try to give each mod a specific job description, have it posted in the MOD Update thread so people know who is responsible for what. (man this suggesting ideas feels a lot different when I'm not the one who has to pick one and figure out how to make it work.)
