"I couldn't have to begin with," Morrigan admitted, looking away, "He had me pinned by the shoulders." She took his hand, almost a silent acceptance of his apology. Almost. She was still incredibly indignant about the yelling, that's for sure, but she'd let go of that with time. "Can we leave now?" she asked, only a lingering hint of annoyance in her voice. She was impatient as #%(@.

Po-ar nodded, "Of course." Pulling Morrigan quickly into his arms, Po-ar took flight and hurried after the others, his ki leaving a trail behind him. "ASHURI! VEJITA! TRUNKS! FOLLOW ME!" he shouted, flying in a straight line toward the mountains in the distance.

Morrigan unwittingly snugged into Po-ar's embrace, seeking out as much warmth as she could. Jesus, he wasn't kidding when he said it was cold out.... And they weren't even to the mountains yet. And the fear of heights, yeah, that might've had something to do with it. Not being able to fly the way they did, not having her magick, it all was terribly unnerving. It was a nice view though, that much she had to admit, and for that reason she couldn't help but peek out from time to time.
Vincent was having a blast, in comparison, whooping and cheering, shouting how awesome it was, looking around like a little kid in a train or something along those lines. Ugh. How the hell did he do that?

"Stop moving around so much." Trunks said, trying to keep a hold of Vincent. Po-ar on the other hand, smiled down at Morrigan, "You alright?"

"Sorry," Vincent winced, "It's been a long time since I've been able to fly."
Morrigan on the otherhand nodded a bit, wide eyes peering out at the world around them. She was equally curious and terrified of it---and it was cold. She wiggled ever so slightly to force herself closer to him, taking advantage of the heat he was emitting. Next time he should've just carried her in a sack of fur.

Po-ar wrapped his arms around Morrigan, "I told you it was cold."
"Then perhaps we need to teach you to use your ki." Trunks suggested. "Then you could fly like this all of the time."

Vincent grinned. "That would be ******** AWESOME," he replied enthusiastically, the wind whipping his long hair about.
Morrigan closed one eye and pouted. "My ancestors took worse, I just don't see the need for me to bear it if someone else is around." She was fantastic at making these silly excuses on the spot.

"Riiiiiiight." Po-ar replied with a smile. "Next time, I'll just put you in a fur sack and carry you." he joked.
Trunks laughed, "We'll check up on doing that when we get back then."

"Hey!" Morrigan pouted again, "No fair! I can't read your mind now!" But she was smiling again, warm and watching from their higher vantage point.
Vincent was about as giddy as a kid, but this would fade shortly after landing. Back on the ground, he assumed the earth tendecies again: solid, stable, serious. He was a fae after all.

Po-ar smiled, "I was not reading your mind." he replied. "More like... um... just thinking like you for a moment."

"Uh-huh." Morrigan replied skeptically, her smile widening, "I'm sure." The mountains were soon approaching. She frowned. "We're gonna have to walk now, aren't we..."

"Yes." Po-ar replied, "But it shouldn't be AS cold walking... I hope..."

"It's windy." Morrigan remarked with a smile. "If it's windy on the mainland, though, I doubt we'll find much relief...." Already Vincent was down, stretching and bouncing around, apparently trying to warm up. "Do you really think we'll find it?" she asked quietly, glancing up at him.

Po-ar sighed, "As much as I want to believe we will... the chances are VERY slim." he replied, allowing Morrigan to set foot on the ground before he did. Not far away, Trunks was laughing at Vincent's apparent delight at being on the ground this time, while Ashuri was just letting Megumi onto the ground. Vejita and Imogene were already waiting for them.

Morrigan trudged forward, her brother some ways ahead of her and joining Vejita and Imogene. Damn, it was cold. She wished she would have had the fur-lined skins she used to don in the old Earthern winters. It would have helped at least a bit. She seemed to sink into the snow moreso than her brother, for apparent reasons. She had to remember, she was human now, and certainly nowhere near as resilient and hardy as before. "I certainly hope so," she nearly chattered---it took considerable willpower not to.
