When the hell is the RP gonna start or is it even gonna start? confused

I know but i got so little ideas now

Hey Micco can I make a RPC character who is a newbie in the immortal 12. Or at least a new assistant.
I have an idea after we find Henry we decide they decide on becoming a crew. Then we go to some island,relax after that we have our first arc villain.
All that time should be enough to come up with some ideas

*slams face against desk* where's luna when i need her?

Oh I forgot to mention micco my younger brother helped me created a new one piece character. I wrote a very long profile for him. Took me an hour to finish. I'll use him in one of the main arcs.

Bio:Logan is dressed rather ordinary for an Admiral. A simple black suit jacket and matching pants, a slim black tie with a white undershirt is all that can be said of his attire. His belt is black with a silver buckle adorned with an 'X'. His hair is styled black and messy on top fading down into gray and short on the sides near his ears. His face and body are covered in scars from his past battles as a weakling, growing to power with time rather than simply abusing his fruit abilities against his enemy. His face often portrays a stern face that does not match his personality at all, the stern look mostly only comes into play when he fights someone.

History: Little evidence is left of Logan's past, he was born into a family of pirate's. Quite literally being raised on a pirate ship from the tender age of five he was trained by a rather harsh father who would often leave his son close to death in order to make him into a better 'man' so to speak. His life was always adrift, never staying in one place due to the nomadic nature of his parent's. His mother was just as cruel as the father, making sure Logan was training constantly. In his teen years Logan could only pray for death. One night however, after his parent's and their cronies raided a small town they were attacked by the navy. As they were boarded a strong marine easily killed both Logan's mother and father in one swift motion. This all happened in front of his very eyes and Logan wept, not tears of sorrow but joy for his sweet relief. The marine had found Logan and, rather then leaving him an orphan became an adoptive father and took Logan back to his ship with him.

This was the second chapter in Logan's life, his training with his mother and father had been paying off as all of the marine training that he was put through was paltry in comparison. His adoptive father decided that rather than being the strongest pirate, Logan was to be the strongest marine. It was his fate and Logan would have it no other way. Day after day growing up now was just full of life and vibrancy, eventually he was officially recognized and made a full fledged marine. However after becoming a marine he had to part with his adoptive father, the second time Logan cried. It was during a raid at the age of eighteen that Logan came on to a pirate about to eat a devil fruit, every other marine was preoccupied and Logan knew very well that the fruit could turn the tide of this stalemate. Quickly using every last ounce of energy he had he jumped to the pirate giving him a solid blow to the face and knocking him out. On the floor in front of him the fruit fell and without a second though Logan quickly ate it. After the initial indigestion he was granted with the immense, mythic powers of the mythical zoan fruit Kirin model. With his new abilities the battle was over in a flash for his side.

The news of his fruit ability got back to Marine headquarters and quickly the fleet admiral of the time assigned him to a mentor with great powers much like his own. Of course Logan excelled, being accustomed to harsh training all of his life and eventually came to master every aspect of his Kirin abilities. Through the years after that Logan quickly flew up the ranks of the Marine's, going from a mere foot soldier to vice admiral in a period of four years. Logan didn't care much for the rank, he just wanted to enjoy life and one day become the strongest there ever was.

Personality: Logan is a happy go lucky individual, careless at best. He often makes jokes and allows his underlings to slack off most days. His sense of justice is deep and ingrained, going out of his way to help others be they pirate or marine. Fair is fair in his book. His care free happy go lucky attitude quickly changes face however when he is confronted in conflict or given a serious, harsh mission by the fleet admiral. This is when the stern face of Logan is shown and whatever is in his path is annihilated in a bolt of lightning.
Devil Fruit Affect:The Kirin mythical zoan fruit is one of the rarest and least seen of even the mythical fruits. It's rarity is even more so than the logia type of fruit, granting it's eater immense power that some say surpass the logia. The Kirin model first and foremost, in all variations and forms comes with the ability to produce immense amounts of very deadly electricity. The lightning is under full control of the fruit eater and can be used to form weapons and the lot. However, when the eater goes in the hybrid Kirin/Human state a horn made of pure lightning is formed on the head of the eater and becomes a sort of focal point allowing the user to shoot 'beams' of concentrated lightning that explode on impact almost like a laser. The hybrid form also offers greatly enhanced physical attributes, being able to move in almost the blink of an eye and by focusing lightning below them and creating an updraft, even flying. The body isn't changed much in the hybrid form, the muscles are more refined from the lightning stimulating the muscles and a deep blue aura surrounds the eater as well as the eyes begin to glow a bright blue. In the full Kirin form the eater is surrounded by a jagged armor made of pure lightning, resembling that of the mythical Kirin. This armor is said to repel any attack, being as strong as a dragon's scales known to be harder than diamond. In the full Kirin form the user is able to create great storms above the battlefield, fly still and control the wind and lightning from the storm itself. Aside from the normal devil fruit weaknesses, this fruit like any lightning based is less effective on objects made of rubber. However, this would not save someone from a super powered punch to the face. His weakness is he can only activate his full form once every battle.
Other Abilities:Immense skill in hand to hand combat, originally learned from the years of his life before he had a devil fruit. His style mostly focuses on limited movement and using his opponents energy against them to knock them down or disable then. When fighting hand to hand Casval almost never moves from his spot and his reaction timing in nigh impeccable. The other half of his fighting style focuses on hard single strikes in vital positions after an opponent loses their footing/guard from the first half of his style.
