Okay... I have a few questions..
1) Can I buy my custom puppets? There for making them available to everyone in Suna?
2) To craft a puppet, do I have to make the posts as if I were learning a jutsu?
3) Can a puppet use sealing jutsu? I'm asking because if memory serves, there have been puppets in the series that can do this. If so, don't allow them to do anything mayor and make the jutsu cost twice the normal amount of chakra; I can see how that can be abused.
Also, if this is allowed, I suggest that these puppets, or at least their abilities, should be approved by Either Greg or Lance themselves.
Edit:
4) How much chakra does it take to mix Crystal with Raiton? [ Since it says that the crystal element can be mixed with Raiton chakra. ]

1) Buy? We don't really have a monetary system in POTS (and I have no desire to begin keeping track of a guild economic system), unless you want to buy them to avoid making them, in which case, no.
2) Yes. As for how many, I dunno. Ask Zane.

4) .......Huh? I've never seen that line (granted, I haven't really read over the crystal bloodline too much.). By the Crystal bloodline is already a mix of Raiton and Doton, so I don't see how you could "charge" it with raiton.
To anyone reading this, please forgive any grammatical errors I make. I'm pretty sick at the moment, and I probably won't catch everything.

And why shouldn't puppet users be able to use Tai/Weapon styles? - Sighes - here we go again... Just because puppet users use puppets doens't mean that they can't learn Taijutsu and weapon styles... * Points at Akura * Look at my Rpc... He's well rounded, and was originally going to be a Genjutsu/Puppet user, but, no thanks to Misa I had to change it to a Tai/Nin/Puppet.... if the Rpc trains enough he can be able to learn whatever he/she wants :/

Neither are orange jumpsuits, shooting black fire at the focal point of your eyes, creating fire by breathing, summoning toads to the battlefield, or 95% of what makes naruto naruto. XD Anyways, do I need to make a custom tech for sound proof headphones?

In regards to puppets...BB is actually a much better puppet user than I am. I don't think of myself as a good puppet user...actually, my rpc in this guild is the first time that I've ever used puppets in any naruto guild. I've always been of the weapon class, once I was an assassin (in VR). However, I had a very good roleplaying teacher and she actually helped me adapt to any situation in the roleplay. I thank her for everything. Nyways, back to the topic at hand, BB is the puppet approver, Panthers is his helper.
As for sealing, there is only one puppet that seals, and that is sealing chakra...and that's only because of the type of puppet that uses its actually a mechanism that does it, kinda like a custom tech. That one puppet is actually reserved for a jounin who's chosen the White Army perk.
The thing about puppets is that you are using jutsu through your puppet. Its like when an Inuzuka has their pet transform to look like themselves...the dog isn't performing the jutsu, the shinobi is performing the jutsu through the dog.

Go figure x.x As for the subject in hand; That does mean I can, in theory, make a custom seal and put it on a puppet? As well as make a piece of tech that uses ninja voodoo magic for my puppets? Only if you yourself can perform that seal. Just like any shinobi can learn medical jutsu up to a certain rank, so too can other shinobis learn seals up to a certain rank. HOWEVER...only sealing masters can actually teach you how to perform those seals up to that certain rank. I can't remember what rank it was that you can learn seals...I think C rank...I know its def not past that...so even then it can't be a strong seal.
Basically depending on the rank, you're going to have to find a sealing master to be able to do it... rofl
