Chunnin can but they need the mission from the kage. Anyway use an npc like that's what i do when i train u can use npc's on escort missions but u have to rp as both your rpc and the npc

Im an academy student, i decided to star ou and become and academy student..... my kage isn't online so yah im stuck an a. student so yeah i just consider myself with genin medium chakra. Since i should have genin hgh chakra since im ninjutsu class but i dcided to stary out an academy student, when i become a genin ill have hgh cakra

No.......here we go......only demons have high chakra. Yeah i know i was joking seeing how much he knew bob....but i think ninjutsu should have high chakra and demons just get like 4 more jutsus for each category

Ah. Well I agree with you I think ninjutsu user's should have high chakra but you can't win them all XD
