What 'she' did clicked in Caleb's mind. "I made the right decision." Caleb said to her.

Moé blushed, and then shyly smiled. "I-I'll portal us to meet my godfather. Have you seen a portal before, Ca-- I mean, Sir?" She opened a portal, but it looked radically different, and it showed a small white path between the destination and the portal. "We'll have to walk on the Midgard Serpent's back! That's how all people portal, the serpent is the magic source that controls it."

Moé looked at him, her jaw dropped. "H-Howw much did she harm your mind, Sir?! Ohhhh..." She pulled him through, wanting to numb his pain. the path was outside, very windy, at night, and they were on the back of somee moving creature, massive in size, Moé pulling him along. "My godfather sounds intimidating, but is a good man."

The feeling was different going though the portal, instead of being ripped apart into separate atoms, it was a rushing feeling, like standing on top of a airplane flying. "I am not sure, I do not know what was or is real, or if I am still dreaming and waiting to awake."

Moé paused. "Kokopelli sees both truth and lies, and he is the one who saved us. You may kill me if this is another deception, but I wish to see how my family has gone on for this time." His hat flew off, and Moé held it in her hands so it wouldn't fly off. She saw where they were on the path, and screeched. "He's about to go underwater!!" She ran very fast, and when they had reached the destination, the serpent's skin behind them was underwater.
They were inside the court trial room, except certain things looked different, and Lovelace looked tired. "Moé! Where have you been?! Everyone's been looking for you these past few months!! You vanished off the face of the earth." He looked over at Caleb. "Huh? Who're you? Her friend?" He unsheathed his hands, which were huge claws that looked white-hot. "...or her captor?"

Caleb looked directly at Lovelace. "I assure yourself, that I am nothing but an ally." Caleb felt out of place, lost, confused, and more importantly, depressed about the lie he had led himself into.

Moé's head drooped when she heard Robin's voice. Robin wailed. "Momo!" She threw her arms around Moé and continued wailing. "I was looking everywhere for you! I thought you had fulfilled your mission, and I was hoping not, but yay! You're here!" Lovelace paused. "The thing about the bird guy, or soemthing?" "Yes, daddy." Robin then saw Caleb, and piecing everyhting together, shrieked. "YOU TOOK MOMO AWAY!" Moé flinched. "R-Robin..." "I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!! I HATE YOU!" "I-I can explain everything..."

Moé cleared her throat, and began her story, deciding to start from the very beginning. ~*~ Moé was born the only child to Reynard and Valentine Dupin, born after a plan caused by Patchouli and Jin had nearly ripped them apart, almost doomed to never love. Moé would never have any siblings, for her parents wanted her to be the only center of their universe. As they were immortal, they had no need for an heir; their child would be able to do all they wished. Moé was confronted by her grandmother Mahi, who, minutes before death by Time's hand-- Iori, her human husband, had just died-- had given her a secret to withhold to her life, her life mission; to seek out one of Mahi's acquaintances, and arrive at the right moment to save his life. Moé had a best friend, Robin, and a godfather, Lovelace-- they both loved Moé, and disliked her obsessing over these memories, which probably were moot. Be he the subject of childlike doodles, or the subject of her dreams, her parents told her that they had her protection, and that she could go out to find him, by any method. That's when Jin found her. He took heavy quantities of her blood, and found the potion of invincibility-- wine made form her blood. After her godfather saved her, he made her swear that she would never seek the man out again, and let him die his supposedly deservant death.
But she didn't want to, in her heart, for she loved the man who she only knew in her dreams and her grandmother's memories.
Sneaking out, she traveled alone, for 14 years; not caring for one convenience, traveling across all three worlds, for all time periods.
She finally found him.
He was exactly as the memories looked, and she was almost shaky in her rescue mission from her joy.
She wanted to wait, she wanted to wait until she knew him better. She remembered giving him back his book... And then all went blank. ~*~
Moé paused to take a breath for the next part of her story. Lovelace wasn't that interested, since he was involved wiht most of it,but he heard that last part, and his attention was snagged.

Moé continued; she had the attention of nearly every demon in Hell. ~*~ Moé was in a constant sleep, flitting between visions of the man chasing after her with the intent to kill, and others of a music box she had made. Her last 'dream' was her being with the man, and he was receptive, loving, and caring.
She found out it wasn't a dream.
Apparently, the last few months of her life had been an illusion; possessed by Bifrost, queen of Negative and Illusion, she had used Moé's body to trick the man, to an alternate reality where he and Moé were a loving couple.
As the Moé the man had known was different from the real one, he feared he would never be able to love the real one; Moé, knowing it was inevitable, offered to let him be. She had finished her mission, she could return to her family and friends who had missed her for so long. After all, the man who she had loved for 14 years-- and worked to the bone to find-- was in love with a woman who never really existed. She asked him to give her up, that she was nothing compared to the woman he had loved, since she could make anything the way she liked with illusion.
The man accepted her finally, wishing to lose any more pain that was possible.
Moé felt at a loss though she was in bliss; she almost felt that the man would be much happier dead than having to deal with the loss of a woman he loved who was an illusion to begin with. ~*~ As she ended her story, she looked around, and saw that Lovelace was actually crying, trying his best to not show it, though it could be heard.

Caleb sighed, then turned to his 'student'. "...I am truly sorry for not realizing the lucid dream I was in." He said to her.

Moé shook her head, and opening a portal, she dragged him through. The path was much shorter this time, only a few steps. She closed the portal, and looked up at him warmly. "Do not feel sorry... It would be like saying that you were sorry the world ended. There was nothing you could do, save for shun the fake me." She looked away, her brow creased slightly in guilt. "Though... if all had gone as planned, I'm not sure if you would like me, since I'm a typical know-it-all student, and slightly insubordinate. I fear that your expectations are too high, Sir, but I will try to fulfill them, should it mean that you will accept me in your heart. The only thing that is absolute in all of this is that, thanks to Kokopelli, we're in reality.... and..." She looked up at him, her eyes gleaming with her 14 years of devotion. "... and that my love is real..."
