Don't worry about it too much. Just distribute into whatever you think will be most useful smile
If you plan your character to use ninjutsu, distribute into ninjutsu and chakra control, and so on.
Some more important skills for every character are Awareness and Stealth and Sense Motive.

I don't get it, I played that game for the event, all my crew was alive and healthy, I had loot, food, and bullets left and the stats say I lost...

I just play it for the items. But now there's a glitch that won't allow me to hunt crying I might ahve to start over. I was halfway through..
