actually i was the one who asked what would the point be of putting an age limit, and i wasn't the one who suggested 17. 16 maybe? since i joined gaia, i learned that you can't put an age to literacy. i've met idiots of all ages. i've met a 13 year old who is a heckuva lot more literate than some of the college-aged folks out there. but kai, you're one of the more literate and able folks i've rped with, you could be 12 and i'd still vouch for you.

Kyohaku Taiyouken QuiXilver some members were just tossing the idea around of putting an age limit in the guild. heh, I know, I read that New Jedi Temple (NC 17) xp any thoughts on that? i don't think it's a dead subject yet and all inputs are appreciated, i'm sure.

problem is although everyone wants it to be completely literate Master Yoda wants it open to everyone, though obviously he'd prefer literates I dont think an age restriction is something Master Yoda would be entirely comfortable with... but then I dont know him very well.

Dante_Cross problem is although everyone wants it to be completely literate Master Yoda wants it open to everyone, though obviously he'd prefer literates I dont think an age restriction is something Master Yoda would be entirely comfortable with... but then I dont know him very well. i think he'd agree with that statement. i've seen him time and again state that he wants this guild to be as open and as welcoming as it can be. either way, i already have an established group of folks i rp with, and more than likely since i'm not a jedi knight anymore, i won't have to worry about getting paired up with an illeterate padawan.

I'd like to keep it literate, but there are some literates among the younger ages as well, that's just the thing about age restrictions...maybe we should just put literate in the title?

No... I think that it would be best that we just make it a requirement that you are literate... and follow the rules.
