"Shame we don't know very many people. I'd want to go all out, but a big wedding would just feel weird with only, what, five guests? Tops?" Van said, already thinking of their big day, even if no planning had been done yet and they still had to find Mala's immortality.

"That's so romantic," Angel whispered, snuggling closer and then gently sinking her teeth into his neck, only drinking a little and making sure a lot of her happy juice got into him. "I love you." The little-girl fled from her voice for a moment, but she still sounded young and amazed as she snuggled closer.

"I love you too." Riley whispered as he closed his eyes in ecstasy as he felt more happy juice and less drainage than usual. "Not feeling very hungry tonight, or did you go feed when I wasn't looking?" he asked with a small smile.

Angel smiled faintly. "Little of both... feeding can be sneakier than you realize." She nuzzled his neck. "When combined with, say, sex pheromones... it's possible to not notice someone feeding at all."

"You'll have to teach me how in the future." Riley with a small smile as he reached up with one hand to stroke Angel's head. It was a strange feeling. On the one hand, he wasn't sure when he wanted to be turned, but on the other hand, he couldn't wait. He wanted to make sure he could live a long and eternal life with her. 'I wonder if this is how Mala feels, knowing that your lover is going to out-live you a thousand times over...' he thought.

Angel yawned, stretching her wings out slowly along with her arms, and then settled down, absently wrapping one of her wings around him. "Should probably change you soon," she murmured. "Someone your age with someone my age is already a little... scandalous, vampire or no." She sighed. "Ohh, we could probably find company with humans or witches, and they're both cuddly, but vampires got all these nasty customs... I'm a hundred years older than you, you know. Or at least close to that."

Mala enjoyed the kiss while it lasted, feeling herself almost completely melt into the moment. "I know, right? It's going to be utterly miserable to force myself out." she joked.

"So? I wouldn't think age would matter when you still look as young as you do. Hell, I'd just be worried I'm going to keep this baby face forever. I'm just a little over twenty and I'm still getting mistaken for a teen." Riley said with a chuckle.
"Especially with how cold it's going to seem getting out. This spring is awesome." Van said letting himself sink down into the water a bit more.

Angel blinked in surprise. "You're that young? I thought you were older..." She sighed softly. "Must be the whole secondborn thing. Well, this face won't change when I change you... but people will know you're older. A set even new vampires get about the eyes... it lets you know they're older than they look. I'd have it if I wanted." She giggled nervously.
