shika-kun-2012 aw, let me guess. They have to be extremely high pokemon to beat him? Well the way I did it was this. I had a shiny Raticate level 30, it had Hyper fang, crunch, swords dance, and focus energy with a gloom level 21 and I was using Mega Drain (Giga may be a better choice to have). The way this strategy works is, both need to use the swords dance and the pokemon of choice needs Focus energy, then they need to hammer him down quickly. If your damage is either 42, or for crits 124, and you get Kyogre below half, then the strategy works. My thing is the rest, that can certainly annoy you alot. But if you have a shiny, then your good to go. Minimum is level 30. Oh. And for those that played the Pokemon tower defense, look in the comments for a code containing Staryu.

The Focus energy, swords dance, mega drain, and a shiny raticate level 30 combo did wonders for me. My whole concern is that if you found the Shiny Rattatta early on and made it a ratticate. If you havent found that, keep looking. Those shiny pokemon come out at random times.
