Roselia looked at Val, a little worried now that he was fighting. She was surprised at the skills of val and the human. She decided to intervene.She walked up to the human,her neko ears lowered, "why must you fight against us? Imagine how powerful you could be if you joined us..." her dark eyes looked into his.

Val placed his hand on her shoulder. "No. It is my fault. I invoked his anger, I am sorry. Lets go. "He tries to pull her back on track to her place of refuge. He didn't recognize the power he had used but it still seemed familiar. he tried to focus and reach his dormant memories.

the skeleton turned its head to Val. "my anger??" the rest of its body turned to face him. it spoke, somewhat more calmly. "you drew your weapon, not me... get that straight." with that, it sunk into the ground.
Miguel walked off, wanting to plan his next move. however, without realizing it, he was heading in the general direction of Val and Roselia.

Aaron glanced at Zane reluctantly. "Friends? Didn't you say that you yourself were your own team?", he asked.

Roselia sighed as Val pulled her back. Some humans just can't be swayed. She walked with Val trying to forget the evil human. She was unaware that Miguel was following them until she arrived to her hideout. She sensed someone behind them as she was about to push back layers of branches to reveal a door. She quickly turned around to see who was there.

Val also turned and scaned the forest for someone. he could here them move and that was just enough to tell. he drew his blade, again for defense. he pulls Roselia behind a bush and waits for the person. he calms his breath and his chest barely moves. He didn't know why he was doing this. it felt safe.

Miguel smirked a little as he heard the familiar sound of the sliding metal of a drawn blade. he stepped from the umbrage, and held his arms out, showing he wasnt planning anything. "im not going to attack you. dont worry." truthfully, he wasnt.

Val moves out from behind the bushes. he has a catious look on his face "What do you want?" he says coldly. he moves his blade to a neutral position.

Miguel's smirk turned to a friendly, (though really it was just meant to look it,) smile. "i dont want anything. not from you anyway..." when he said that, he glanced between the two of them, trying to show he meant both of them, not just him. "i only followed you inadvertantly." there was something about this individual. he seemed like a skilled fighter, but it didnt seem like he knew it. his movements, though skilled and efficient, seemed hesitant, just slightly. also, he had a rookie's eyes. eyes that didnt reflect a warrior at all. 'interesting...' he thought to himself.

Val looks at the man. the man seemed to study him. "Well, then i guess your no harm...for know." he sheathes his blade and walks over to Roselia. "Im Val by the way"

Roselia walks out from behind the bush next to Val. She eyes the human curiously. She didn't know what to think of him. She spoke clearly, "if you know what's good for you...you better forget you came here." She was sure he knew this was her hideout by now, and she didn't want to be in danger by enemies because of it.

Miguel cocked his head to the side, a slight quizzical look on his face. "foget i came where?" his expression slowly turned into a smirk. he hoped she knew what he meant.

Roselia could see right through him. She knew he was playing dumb now just to get her to tell him. She glared at him,"you know what I mean...". She stepped back a few steps, her tail waving back and forth.
