She looked right back at him "That was the plan.... I guess you don't agree? Since so far her brothers have done a fabulous job of watching over her..."

"It's true her brothers haven't watched her as closely as I would have liked," he said quietly. "But I don't believe the answer is hiring someone to watch the girl. We both know it would be only a matter of time before she ditched the guard and ran off to do whatever she wanted..." he sighed and shook his head. "Because that's exactly what either of us would do in the same situation."

"But I honestly don't know what we could do..." he said sighing. He had enough difficulties trying to keep Rowena safe and she clearly understood the potential danger, how could he keep the children safe, especially a daughter who seemed determined to oppose them at every turn?

Ro sighed "I'm not sure either... anyway we're not even sure if there IS danger coming. She's been fine so far. Maybe instead of trying to make sure she's watched we need to make sure she at least TELLS someone when and where she's going..."
