Oh, you should have read some of the earlier ones. They were even better. Some specifically SAID the that time were lies.
I know Gaia needs money, but this is NOT the way to go about it.
Honestly, didn't anyone tell them that pissing off your consumers is a terrible plan?

"Our approach has become annoying to the people who are supposed to be enjoying our site. If they stop enjoying it, they stop visiting it. If they stop visiting it, you lose your revenue."
yep, they did indeed say that. not in the exact words you used, but the same message

Semi rhetorical question.
And I more meant from someone they'd actually LISTEN to...and I doubt they'll listen to a former employee...

.....well....imagine your worst time of the month...and that was her, every six months. crying

I somehow doubt that every six months she spent an entire day in bed unable to do basically anything either because of being nearly delirious from pain, crying from pain, and/or thanking whomever invented heating pads, found out peppermint helps, and aspirins/ibuprofen/acetaminophen for making things a little bit more tolerable.

And in that moment together they

YOU m'lady need to get to the GYN for an ultrasound. Sounds like a retroverted/inverted uterus, edometriosis, or both. If it's endometriosis you need to know NOW rather than find out later. It can reak havoc on your uterus. It shut mine down completely I have it so severe. And they can actually help you with the monthly pain and get you on your feet instead of incapacitated in a ball for a week (Idk about you, but my periods were 7-9 days long and I spent the entire time exactly as you described.

xd nah but every six months..she bled heavy...and buying doggy underwear costs a bit of money . Her last pair cost 100, including shipping and handling

It's not that funny....because I'd have to miss work or school if I wasn't lucky with the timing.
And being delirious from pain is a rather surreal experience....

ewwwww and ouch.
That's super expensive...
So glad I've only ever had male dogs.
And that only one has ever done the humping thing.
Even though he's neutered, there are still some times he gets SO EXCITED that he starts attempting to hump my arm.
But that's only because he's just that excited over people being home.

from what I've learned it's them asserting their dominance. That means he feels he's dominant over you, and so when someone enters his home, his territory, he's using you to show them "Hey, this is MY house, I RUN THIS PLACE SEE SEE WHAT I'M DOING HERE? SEE HOW SHE TAKES IT, MY HOUSE"

Oh, I did.
Guess what she told me.
"only way to prove you have endometriosis is via surgery. We don't like doing that so here, birth control should solve it."
Which it has, but I'm still stewing over the fact I told the lady I'd been delirious from pain once, near delirious many times, and nearly passed out at work from it once, which was the one that made me go to a gyn in the first place.
Should have gone years ago, but as I had no one else's experiences to go off of, I figured it was totally normal to be in that much pain.
I mean, this is my body, there's a history of cancer from BOTH sides of my family, and I don't want to ******** about just because the only to prove it is via surgery.
As it is, due to totally unrelated things, my general prac ended up getting me a CT scan of my intestines/pelvic area and apparently saw something that she wanted to have possibly re-checked in 6 months which would be june/july-ish.
Still tempted to just go "screw you, I want a god damn ultrasound because this is my body and I'm not gonna let you tell me I can't at least have it checked to see if more checking needs to be done!"
Especially considering that I have major GI issues and endo can be related to that....and I also ticked quite a few of the symptoms/signs of endo....
I'd honestly rather have a needless surgery than not have a surgery I need.
And I'm a person who has never, ever wanted to have any kind of surgery ever, because I don't like the thought of being knocked out and in the hands of a person who could seriously screw something up and harm me permanently.

You know what.
I may just call people up and make them do this...at least an ultrasound.
Even if I basically have nothing at all ever now unless I slightly screw up in taking the birth control...
I still want to know and fix whatever is going on.
If I have to go to Planned Parenthood to get an ultrasound to accomplish this, I will.

That woman is an idiot! Endometriosis can cause severe problems especially with fertility! Without fertility drugs forcing my ovaries to work I am INFERTILE thanks to it. I had to have surgery to SCRAP my uterus TRYING to get rid of enough endo to give me a small window of opportunity to get pregnant again. Along with surgery I had to have fertility drugs and follow a strict schedule and it took forever. Thankfully I got twins so I don't have to do it again but seriously... You can SEE endo on an ultrasound. You can't legally confirm it without surgery. She can ultrasound you and say "it appears you might have endo but we can't know for sure without laproscopic surgery" So you basically KNOW you have endo but they legally can't say yet, BUT CAN start treating it.

Get a new dr. After living with infertility, I don't take uterus problems lightly.

I find it rather interesting how so many others are terrible at rhetorical questions and spotting them, when I being just like said other person...am quite good at that.
Though sometimes I ignore that it's a rhetorical question on purpose.

Firstly, that's terrible you had to go through that....but hooray for twins! ^_^

I'm one of the very few people who would welcome being infertile with open arms.
Don't want to pass any of my genetic insanity along, as I don't see that as a fair or nice thing to do to a kid.
And yeah.....gonna get a new Dr....because you cannot ******** about with stuff.
So it's a legality thing?
That idiot presented it as a 'you just can't tell at all', rather than a 'you can see, but for legal reasons surgery = 100% confirmation'.
Yup. Definitely gonna go "******** (you and) your idiocy, I want a damn ultrasound. No, I'm not being a hypochondriac about this, thank you very much."
My GI issues have been going mildly haywire recently....sometimes making me think totally impossible things were going on...
Thought I was preggers a couple times...freaked me out so ******** badly that did...at least the BF's response was first 'do you really think you are' (no, but my brain won't shut up about it and is taking any small anything and blowing it outta proportion) 'well, if you actually are....I'll do whatever you needed.
