kouri-chan_xx one of the art students in the year below me literally has victorian style cursive handwriting. Probably not >.< basically thats what it is right 3nodding well...4...and its bamboo whee but then again...how would i look showing up in my casual cloathes to tournaments rofl but i really wanna do it...and if i be cheap...the gear alone costs like $500 US burning_eyes and then its 160/semester of training gonk

I am sorry to hear the kendo issues I never got into kendo for two reasons first I live in a Southern United States Hic redneck town that if I said the word they might think I sneezed or something. confused
The other is the costs. O_o I do hope you are able to figure something out.

my friends do kendo. They're... hard core. smile
I don'tt hink you have to buy the armor first though. I thought you just have to start it. It's only when you reach a certain rank that you're allowed to actually wear the face mask, armor etc. And to have a proper bokken. I dunno... I never found out too much about it.

Anyways, my character would be the son of the keeper of the scroll with the Kinjutsu. And because he is the heir to the scroll, he HAS to learn the Kinjustu in order to protect it. So, once he becomes chuunin, uh, I guess, he starts his Kinjutsu training under the supervision of the elders, father and of course the Tsuchikage.
I would start him as a academy student, of course ^^ I want to help make Iwa come back alive.
EDIT: WAIT WAIT I GOT MORE! The keepers of the kinjutsu scroll are not allowed to go in public without covering up their hands and chest. Because they have the Kinjutsu, it is illegal for them to openly use those abilities...
AND OMG... They are used for special missions they usually involve special jounin and ANBU.
EDITZ MOAR: BUT WAIT! my character does not want the Kinjutsu, he just wants to learn plain Doton Jutsu. He thinks the best way to cprotect the clan and everyone else is to destroy the scroll. So he is breaking the underground clan's rules, but the Tsuchikage has respect for the kid for speaking up. But he does not make the mistake of ordering the destruction of the Kinjutsu. And... well, that's to far off in the future... he doesn't do all this until chuunin level...

I'm pretty sure I made Deidara's clan to be a kekkei genkai.
lol I don't think carlos' tsuchikage character would think that. XD He'd probably think you were an idiot for not using what you're genetically built to excel at.
