Well Tomm has built, The Hulk, or The Juggernaut, very strong not very fast and nearly invulnerable. Cards just werent going to do it, and it wouldnt make a fair fight. Chances are, if he did win, it'd just fall back as negative flack on him for being "unfair", so he called it. I think its kinda smart.
