Reserve Officer Training Corps (or Course at some places). It's a way to become an officer in the US Army, or Navy through the Naval Officer Training Corps/Course, without going through one of the three Military Academies.

Yup I'm going to go in and join either the Infantry or the Tanks twisted Someday I hope to command the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment (aka the Blackhorse Regiment).
There are actually 4 Military Academies in the U.S. The United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point simply known as West point to most people, The United States Naval Academy, also known as Annapolis, The United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, and The United States Coast Guard Academy I don't know where. All four are some of the best schools in the entire United States and everyone of them is free, full scholarship, but you do have to be very good to get in and you have to serve a 5 year term in one of the services.
USMA= Army USNA= Navy and Marine Corps USAFA= Air Force USCGA= Coast Guard

So like I started roleplaying with post time-skip Gennosuke and I love him so far. I however need to know, to read an easy book the DC would be 10 + Anatomy skill? vs. 1d20 + Int. Mod?

That Ferrofluid looses it's magnetism in heat... it gave me the idea of my character, once she had control over it, to go through intense training of her using that sand sphere shield that Gaara frequently uses, but with the ferrofluid right? Yeah, anyways, the intense training would be her using the sphere shield, and fire jutsu being constantly fired at her. So that her magnetic chakra becomes so amplified, well, let's just say she could be the first level 45 kage >>
NAH I'M KIDDING...
She wouldn't get that powerful, but she would get chakra control bonus from it I would think...
We'll see. But really, her only weakness would be Lightning by Kage level...
Anyways... I will need to work on me clans this week... XD

My brother's an Air Force cadet, last year in college, he always wanted to be a pilot but because of a lung collapse... eh... apparently he's going to be an Air Battle Manager when he graduates. I don't know much about the system, but it's always been a fantasy of mine to become an Air Force nurse (or some kind of medical personnel) myself in the distant future. The US Military has a certain appeal to my family...
