Teehee, I'm such a Blue October fangirl. They're coming out with a new CD later this year, which sucks only because that means they stopped touring. They have one of the best live shows I've ever seen.

I imagine they would. Last big band I saw live was Alexisonfire. I have no idea if they were good or not. My back was in so much pain because of my whiplash. I couldn't focus on the show at all.

Oy, that sucks, Nios.
The Blue October shows are never really big. They're just really good. I think at least a quarter of the audience are groupies that follow them everywhere and know the lyrics to all the songs. You can tell that the band really wants to be there too. Plus, they're all totally cool and nice and they sign stuff! *points to her signed copy of Consent to Treatment and the poster*
I think the biggest show I ever saw, excluding the huge outdoor festival type things, was The Cure. For a long time I maintained that it was the coolest show ever, but then I realized it wasn't. It was the The Cure, which was fragging awesome, but they really weren't spectacular. It was part of the Dream (Bloodflowers) tour, so it was supposed to their last. The whole thing was just very sad. I don't mean pathetic, I mean heart wrenching. It was like they were quitting because they thought they had to.
Then they came out with another CD. rolleyes

CraftyUnicorn Jack has the best music. I got to babysit his CD collection once. That was awesome. And I bet you copied 90% of it. xd Had I brought my computer to your house when I came, and had been in a more coherent mindset, I probably would've copied, like, half of your CD Collection. xd

I have all of my CD's on my computer, I can send you just about anything, hun. Except Shiny Toy Guns, I haven't stopped listening to that one long enough to rip it yet. Edit: I can't post in the Ibis, Q. Are you having any issues with it?

Nios Haha. Yeah I don't know what my biggest show would be. Certainly not as big as The Cure though. Oh, I haven't been to anything that big since. Mostly I just go see local bands because they're cheaper. I used to go to the big outdoor things like Edgefest and Earthday Birthday Bash, but I haven't been since they started charging more than $20 for the tickets. Plus, they've been edging more into metal type stuff and getting away the alternative/rock stuff I was going for. The only really hard band I ever go see is ThiQ and that's only because I've known those guys for years now. I secretly don't like going to their shows because of the crowd they draw and it's not my type of music, but I'll never tell them that.

Nios I enjoy going to local shows. Me too. There's this band called The Effects. They do this thing where they'll hijack the tour of other sorta unknown bands and play a show with them. It's great. They've dragged so many awesome bands to town that way. This a big thing happening this weekend with a ton of bands. I know ThiQ and The Effects are playing, but it's like an all weekend, late into the night thing. ThiQ just sent me an email about their show that starts at 1am. My sister's been bugging me to take her to part of it. She can't go to the whole thing though because it all takes place in these two bars. One of them does a lot of all ages things, but the other one doesn't. She's really upset about that. She's going to miss one of her favorite bands. She keeps threatening to send me there with a video camera.

I've never been to a concert. One of my employers (who for some reason always end up being good friends with me. 0.o) was heavily debating kidnapping me and taking me to Music Midtown to see Kid Rock.
I was like.. "Uhh.. No..." But she bought me a ticket anyway. She kept bugging me about it, and then when I was at my other job, she called my mom looking for me and my mom was like, "I'm pretty positive Q didn't want to go.."
And then when I went to the job with the employer who bought the tickets had, she was all, "You should've been to Chris Rock! My voice is gone from screaming!"(which it wasn't) "You should've come!" blahblah and ended up making me feel guilty.
Crafty: Well, Keep trying? I guess I could ban you and re-invite you, but I think the error will fix itself...
