Apparently D is now possessive of my lap. He saw Star try to lie down on my lap and got down from my dad's chair and tried to sit in my lap and remove her from it at the same time. It was kind of cute really.

Maddi Asada I think you could add these to the Q&A: I'm a kid and I want to know what/why my parents would do/will do when/if I do something, can I join? I'm a parent/going to be a parent but I want to know/talk about my parents, can I join?
Sorry, had to repost to a more appropriate place because the announcements (top two posts) are for crew announcements/updates.
Now for the response: We already have that covered, Maddi, but thank you for the suggestion. Anyone can be a guild supporter and we have many who are under the age of 18. They also can come in and post if they like--and it's happened before--with questions like that. This is a public guild and nothing is keeping them out. 3nodding

My youngest daughter was born almost twelve years ago, shortly after Hurricane Emily pounded the east coast. I was waffling over naming her Emily and kind of took that as a sign. Six years ago, this was a very cool thing. This year, however, she is mortified. She keeps hearing, "look out, Emily's coming!" and "Emily likely to cause major damage" on the news and she's taking it a little too personally.
Poor thing. Hopefully by the next go around, she'll be a little less sensitive.

lunashock Welcome! How did you find out you were pregnant so soon? Who, me? I missed my period and I was getting sick a lot, so I was beginning to worry that I was, so I took a test and then went to the doctor's.

Oh I just ask because the date threw me off. Most people are 4-6 weeks along when they find out they are pregnant from a missed period.
I have a friend that found out sooner from a blood test. She went in for food poisoning and they told her she was pregnant before she missed her period. She was only 3 weeks along.

Hmm, same with me, I was 3 and a half. I was just so paranoid about being pregnant that I didn't wait it out to see if it was just the flu. I guess I was putting two and two together.

With Sienna I found out I was pregnant at two weeks. Hubby came home on leave and I took a test right before he left, just for fun, and sure enough. It's weird though because I know your supposed to miss a period before you test. I guess I just had alot of hormones, which explains the extra strength morning sickness.

It just confused me cause Maddi said she got a missed period and that's when she tested, that would pur it normally at 4 weeks/1 month not 3 weeks. HEck, I dunno, I'm confused. But that's so cool though! Yay for guitar!
