sage sighed. " I didn't think you would. I don't think Chase is okay." She said as seh felt the rock in her pocket. It was hot,and glowing a redish color. She grew worried, and reached out to Tigerlilly. Lilly... your near him. Is he okay?
Lilly heard Sage's message. Her only reply was no. Lilly called Chase's name in a loud roar to try and get his attention. She began to runa little more, dodging peices of flying objects.
Tess smiled. " Thank you." she said happily.

Ayumi looked at Sage then disappered. She was outside running to Chase already in her hunting clothes and her swords at her side. She wasn't going to see him hurt by something again and if it was her making him feel that way then she was going to go out so he didn't feel like that anymore.

Sage had changed into her demon form,and jumped out the window. She ran to catch up with ayumi. " relax a little bit. I don't think it's you, or me. I just don't know what it really is. " she said as she ran. To run faster she opened the small slits in her kimono. Her daggers were on her daggers.

Ayumi ran with Sage and nodded her head. "I'll try Sage." She said smiling a little as she tried to keep up.

Lehran jumped off as Chase turned around he blocked her path. "stay away from him. Let me talk to him trust me I'm one of the few people he trusts I can reason with him when he's like this" he slowly walked up "Chase, what's bothering you my friend. Why are you in so much pain?"
Chase looked at him with a glare in his eyes. "you know why, it's the same reason every day, I try so hard to be more like a human, or a demon to love to cherish things, and to create not destroy" he flung his arms out and large metal fists created a path of destruction. "WHAT AM I!" he said furiously. "why do I hurt people, even the ones I care about and in the end they all leave. Every last one of them"
Lehran walked closer. "you have me I've been by your side for a long time, and Sage and Ayumi love you dearly."
Chase's glare grew worse "you said it yourself, together we are a threat to this entire world. It's because of us that it is shaped the way it is in the first place. We are monsters Lehran."
Lehran looked sad. "but in doing so we created peace, a life that others can enjoy without the fear of dying by some beast. Please understand that there are now people that care about you."
Chase yelled. "THEN WHY IS EVERYONE HATEFUL!!" metal shards flew everywhere.
Lehran sighed. "that's what it is to be human, pain is a must. Chase you are no monster, you are kind, caring and self sacrificing. I can't undo what's happened to you, but you are now worrying everyone."
Chase turned. "then let them worry. Perhaps it's best I leave this place go back to the way things were, alone, where I can do no harm. Even when I try to do good, people pay for it."
Little Chase looked outside. "Tess, I have a funny feeling that something bad is happening" he hugged her. "I'm scared."

Ayumi ran till she saw Chase and stopped. She took her swords and put them together then disappered. She popped up behind Chase wrapping her arms around him and grabbed her sword to keep her arms around him. Right now she may be getting hit by metal but she didn't care not after what she heard him say. "Chase everyone loves you and doesn't want to see you hurt like this." She said in a calm voice but was a little scared. "Your scaring everyone, no one wants you to go and everyone loves you. You have to know that. Sure us humans get hateful at times but that doesn't mean we don't love."

Lilly hissed at him from behind. " What will it take for you to see... What they have done is for YOU! Your just to stuborn, and afriad to see it! Sage loves you! she went away to prtect you,and to get us back. We care fro you! Ayumi loves you! YOUR SON LOVES YOU!" She was finally tired of hearing this. Even thoug it was her first time hearing it she already wanted to stop it. " Get. it. through,that thick metal head!" She hissed louder not caring what Lehran had said. Though she might regret it later.
Sage nodded as she ran. Then she saw Chase. She stepped close to him, but not to close. She would let Ayumi handle this for now. she was afraid that she would ruin it.
Tess nodded. " I do to. Do you want to stay here?" She asked looking into his little eyes " Or do you want to figure out what it is?"

Chase's powers paused. "I know they love me, but for how long. How long until something goes wrong, or something changes and they see me differently." he hesitated. "Ayumi, don't you can get hurt." he paused again. "why do I care, but I love you. Arg."
Lehran then figured it out. "Chase listen to me, fight this, you've let the emotions around the house take you over." he turned to Sage and pointed at the rock which was glowing red. "that glow means someone was feeling very bad near that rock which has caused it to reflect on Chase. This isn't him talking this is the emotions of whoever was upset in the house." he turned to Lilly. "stay close to me then he's really unstable right now and here he is extremly powerful right now he's almost been taken over for lack of a better term. We just need to calm him down and things will return to normal."
LIttle Chase held onto her close. "Daddy is sad, I'm scared but he needs help." he walked. "I'll go Tess can get hurt, I don't want that, Tess precious."

Lilly noded. " OKay, I'll be near. " She said as she approached him a little more.
sage held the rock near her heart. " I want you to relax Chase. " she said as she watched the rock. " You need to relax. And you care becasue you love us back. Love is special, and precious."
Tess shook her head. " You will nto go anywhere without me near you. Not to something dangerous at least. Other things i don't care, but I'm a guardian. I can heal fairly well." she said as she stood up.

Chase was struggling. "I I...I know Sage, Ayumi, I" all of a sudden the ground started to crack some more but the rock started to change back to blue but went back to red and started changing colors back and forth he then fell to his knees.
Lehran was thinking he knew the best way to get Chase back to normal was to give the rock a surge of positive emotion but Sage and Ayumi were too worried to do so. "Sage hand me the rock." he held out his hand. "trust me I know what I'm doing." he turned to Lilly. "can you please transform into your human form for me?"
Little Chase nodded. "ok but I won't forgive myself if you get hurt. Tess please stay safe I love Tess." he said as they headed towards Chase.

Ayumi didn't let go of Chase not caring if she got hurt by him. She let him go as she moved a little by the ground cracking. She didn't say anything she bent down gently laying her hand on his back looking at him. She didn't want to ask if he was ok because she knew he wasn't and didn't want him to get up seeing he wasn't well enough too.

"Ayumi, why do you waste your time caring for something like me. Why do you Sage, and everyone else here, why do my feelings and actions mean so much to you." the groud shook less but pillars of metal rose from the ground randomly as metal shards continued to fly. "It always ends the same someone will get hurt. I am and always will be a misfit of nature a forsaken creature. You should just go, I know you will sometime anyways, you Sage, everyone else. It's always been that way, my entire life. I can't take the pain anymore it's too much."

(And I thought I was depressed but this is just sad.)
Ayumi looked at Chase. "I'm not wasting my time, I'm spending it on someone I love to be with and your not a something your a someone." She said still bending down to him till the kits popped up and knocking her and Chase down.
"Uncle Chase why are you sad?" They asked worried and sat on his chest. Ronin was watching and waiting to see if he came to his sences as Sora stayed by Sage waiting and watching.

Chase's desire to protect became stronger than his anger when he saw the kits he gently set them down. "I'm sorry, but you don't understand." he dissolved then reappeared. "I am not flesh and blood like all of you" he pointed at Lehran. "that stone is me, I am a thing, not a person. How can something like me even exist. I've heard that quite a few times. Why don't you kill yourself and bring order to this world. I've heard that even more. Why did we even have you. Those were the only words I even heard from my mother. Now I don't even remember what she looks like." he sat down. "it's not easy, smiling being happy when everytime I hear the word monster all these memories come vividly back." everything then started to calm down.

(I feel bad for Chase T^T Na I don't want to tell you my problems. I'll be fine Zack ^^)
Ren and Ran looked at Chase then moved around seeing him dissolve then looked at him. "Cool." They said happily as they got up and took out their kuni's thinking he wanted to play then moved their ears. "Uncle Chase don't say that. Its not nice of you to do so." Ran said softly feeling sad about his mother not wanting him. "Wait. If your mother wasn't like you then your father should have been like you then. If not then...Not trying to be mean but how did you come to be?" Ren asked tilting his head. (Ren does have a point. Lol)
Ayumi sat on her knees on the ground not saying anything to that. She loved him no matter what he was. Flesh, bones, metal heck she would still love him if he was part tree. She didn't care she just loved him for him.
