Neji grinned at Gana for accomplishing the jutsu. "good job Gana." he said with a smile as he walked up to him. "but the jutsu wont be very helpful if it takes you that long to accomplish it. do it quicker and then I will teach you another move." Neji said as he passed Gana and seemed to be looking for a new spot to train at.
Gana nodded realizing that Neji was probably right, the jutsu wouldnt be very helpful if he had to strain himself and it took him that long to accomplish it ever time he hoped to use it. he held up his fingers and began to force out the needled out of his tenketsu. one by one they began to come out in sucession. after about thirty seconds all ten of the needles were out of his fingers and it took minimul effort once he knew what he had to do. "ok Neji, I am ready for the next technique."

Matsuri sighed to her self as she finaly awoke form her sleep, now walking around town with a blank expression on her face." Nani,.."Blinked abit as she watched a younge female ninja glare daggers at blond boy who has the face of a idiot. The child then walked up to the older women and pulled at the girls kimono, but not too hard.
"Hm?" Sakura looked around with a confused look on her face then looked down tords the ground see a child from,..Sand? A small smile appeared on her face as she kneeled down so she could be the same hight as the girl." Hello there, what do you want?"
Matsuri smield lightly as she watched the older women." I was woundering if you were Haruno Sakura and if you are could you teach me Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu ?"
"Um,..Okay."

" Alright," Sakura said as she placed her left hand on her hip and with her right hand she twirled a kunai around with her finger, with ease." First of all Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu is when you hurl kunai with pouches attached at your target. When they impact the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on your target. You will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at your target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion." She said with a small nod of her head then looked at Matsuri with a small smirk, one that scared the girl.
" Any questions?"
Matsuri shook her head 'no' as she watched Sakura. There was something about this girl that did scare her. Her mood and chakra changed to quickly."..."
" Okay then. Now that we got that down I want you to try it." Sakura said as she then crossed her arms over her chest as she watched the girl.
"O-okay," Matsuri said with a small nod of her head then took out 20 of her kunai and all of her exploding notes. She then sat down on the ground crosslegged, tieing each note of the kunai's.

The child then stood up as she had ten in each hand, looking back tords Sakura and watched as the older women pointed at a nearby tree with a blank look appearing on her face. Matsuri nodded her head slightly then threw the first ten, in her right, tords the tree, having the small pouches tied on them, the color being black and white like the child's hair.
"Okay then," She said as she then threw the flamed one near the ones that that had the small pouches one them. When the kunai hit the ground the note / flame exploded at first it being very small however when the flames hit the pouches they too exploded destroying everything within a 5- 15m rates.
"Not that bad," She said with a smile

"Well anyways I must go," She said with a small bow of her head then took off running." Gotta find Sasuke-kun!" She literally yelled while throwing her right arm in to the air.
"Sasuke-Kun?" Matsuri said as she titled her head to the side abit then felt someone place their hand on her shoulder which made her shriek at the touch to turn around and stare at a women who was carrying a pig in her arms.
"Hello Matsuri."Shizune said with a small smile." Hokage -sama told me about you and wanted to see how you were doing....She also too lazy to see,..with paper work and all." She mutterers with a small sweatmark appearing on the back of her head.
She then looked over the girl." You have just enough chakra so,..I'm gunna teach you Fukumi Hari." She said with a small nod of her head.
"Nani,.."

"First Fukumi Hari.With this your able to call forth needles into your mouth and then spit them at your opponent.Okay first do the two hand seals, Inu and Hebi.Then gather your chakra within your throat and try to form it in to needles. Once you do that you must spit them out," She aid with a nod of her head.
Matsuri nodded her head and did the hand seals that she was told to do then the child gave Shizune an insane look, but nodded her head knowing that she had to learn this,t hen hopefully she could return to the village of sand after this. Once she molded her chakra inside her thought it started to take shape of a needle however it also blocked the air inside her trough, making her gasp for air and letting go of the chakra.
"This,.... is harder then I thought,"She muttered while trying to catch her breath.

Shizune smiled lightly when hearing what the girl had to say."Try it again,"She said, this time showing no emotion. She then leaned next to the tree, having her arms crossed over her chest as she watched her. The pig was now on the ground, having its leash around its neck, also watching the sand nin.
Matsuri nodded her head and did the two hand seals of Inu and Hebi once again, then had her chakra mold into a needle once again. This time she was trying to hold the chakra in her throat as long as she could, trying to hold her breath.
She then looked over to a nearby tree that had millions of holes in it, probably from others attacking it or using it as a target. Having her head go back abit she spited out the needle with ease, having it hit the tree, near the side of it.

Matsauri sighed to her self, ending up sitting next to the statue of the dead ninjas who died in battle once again. She was waiting to find Kakashi again, hoping that he would come to this spot today but wasn't sure if he would.
The child then, out of being bored while waiting glanced over to the names that were on the statue." 1,..2...3." She muttered while now counting the names of each person.
"Nani?" Kakashi looked up form his book as he walked tords the kages office, being about ten minuets ago, to hear a small child's voice counting, what seemed to be at the number,..215? He then disappeared form the spot were he was and ended up behind the girl.
" Oi Matsuri-chan,"
A small 'Eep' came from the girl when hearing him, then turned around seeing who it was, giving him a small smirk." H-hello,"

Kakashi sighed to him self as he then reopened his book, with no expression on his face now." I take it you were waiting for me,so,...What do you want?"He asked while turning a page to his book with ease.
Matsuri blinked abit as she watched him, seeing the book he pulled out again, having a small sweatmark appear on the back of her head having an odd feeling that she did not want to know what he was reading. She then stood up from were she sat, looking at him with slight narrowed eyes. " I want to learn narakumi no Jutsu (hell viewing technique)"
"A child such as your self should try inflict others minds with such a terrible technique,.."
" I know,...But still." She said while looking tords the direction of her village, sand." I need to get stronger and learn other things then ninjutsu. Genjutsu is much harder and is more effective." She said with a slight nod of her head.
Kakashi shrugged his shoulders lightly then nodded his head while placing his book back in to his pocket." Okay then, first of all Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves, or sand in your case, to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion." He said with a pause." Do you get it?"

He watched her nod her head slightly then looked up to the sky with a bored look on his face." Alright then first of all I want to show you on how it works that way you will know what your doing and such. Just in-case the technique backfires and you might have a chance of knowing if your seeing an illusion or a real thing."
With that Kakashi placed his hands together/ on top of one another to do the serpent hand seal, starring at her with a non expression once again. Leafs started to go around both of them, and then Kakashi disappeared as the leafs started to as well.
Matsuri was still in a daze from the leafs, making her go somewhere else in her mind. When the leafs cleared from the scene she returned back in to her mind, seeing nothing different." Nani?" She muttered under her breath then looked around for Kakashi, heading in the woods near by.
" Kakashi?!"
