Claw smiled, standing up. Bending down, he lifted Ghostflower easily and set her on her feet. "Shall we?" he asked, offering his arm.

Ghostflower smiled and nodded. She hooked her arm with Claw's and leaned on him lightly.

Beginning to walk, Claw smiled, enjoying the day and the woman beside him. He sighed a sigh of happiness.

Standing up straight he grabbed the body again and throwing it over his shoulder. He vanished from sight, his foot prints were pushed down into the dirt and grass.

Ghostflower looked up at Claw's expression and smiled softly. She loved him so much and she wanted to tell him.
"Claw?" She asked, leaning into him.

Ghostflower sighed and kissed Claw lightly.
"I love you so much." She whispered in his ear.

As Isabelle slowed her pace outside the park gate. She melted in with the shadows, knowing who and what would be here, and why. But she didn't care. As long as that yearning she had felt for company, the longing for vampire companionship, for arms to hold her close. For a man to keep her safe, even though there was no way in heaven or in hell that she needed saving, to make her feel wanted.
That feeling was dangerous to her kind. If she fell in love, then there would be an asset to killing her, a way to stay her trigger. Someone to stop her from killing someone else. And to an assassin, that was the most inconvenient thing that one could want.

Ghostflower smiled slightly and cuddled into Claw. She sensed a vampire and tensed up, holding onto him tightly. She had been attacked by one before and it resulted to many sleepless nights.

Claw's hair stood on end, and his lips drew back slightly, revealing his sharp teeth as his senses, extreme even by lycan standards, picked up the vampire's scent. "Ghostflower, stay by me, but be ready to get out of here if it gets ugly for me." he said, claws forming on his fingertips.

"Don't do anything rash.. I don't want you to get hurt." Ghostflower said worriedly. She looked down at the ground then looked back up. "I can fight too.. I'm not going to leave you by yourself."

Claw grinned wolfishly, his eyes misting over once more. This time, however, the pupil-less disks were blood red. "Oh, I never said you aren't a good fighter. But I'm one of the pack's best hunters for a reason. And besides, who'd be there to heal me if you got hurt?"
