Reeve The Vagabond Wolven Clow#2 Clow laughed, at Reeve's comment, and then looked back at Seph and Syoku. With a smile, he closed his eyes, and yawned.
"I heard...that when a star goes out...something magical is supposed to happen." (( I actually saw a star go out once. I'll never forget it.)) ~:[As have I. It really is something, ain't it?]:~

Seph smiled softly, "Yeah, I do too." He lifted her up a bit more, putting her back on his shoulders. "Now, I'm going to show you how to touch the stars.." He smiled softly, making his way out onto the porch. He sat her down on the steps next to him.

Nyl Phairen Nyl smiled at Seph and Syoku, following Reeve out of the kitchen. -Reeve jiggles the door of his room open, ignoring the plaintive creak of 'fix meeee!' as the door swung open- C'mon in. -Inside, he was a little nervous. This was the first time he'd entered his room since Sarya had left.- ((When did you see it?))

The girl hugged Sephiroth as he took her out the the orch, "Touch th' staws?" She let him put for down on the porch as she stared up at them in wonderment. "Pwetty..."

Seph nodded as he sat down. "Yep, touch the stars. A very close friend of mine taught me this a looong time ago." He said, smiling. "Step One. Close one eye."

The girl moved closer to Seph, watching him first, then looking up at the stars again as she closed her right eye. "Otay."

Nyl followed Reeve into his room, noticing but not commenting on its disuse. "What's so important it can't be asked in front of the rest of the dojo?"

Clow, had followed them, but he stood on the roof, gazing up at the stars, with his hands in his pockets. With a smile, he looked down at Seph and Syoku.
"Hey Seph...I have something I want to show Syoku. Make sure she keeps looking at the sky..."

I'm not gonna say I love you, Nyl...you get that far too often.
But you do and you know it.
What I will say is that I need you. I mean- I mean...Syoku...she lost both her parents...and anyone can see she needs a family...and, well, I want to take care of her. I've already said it once to someone today but she's like the daughter I never had...but...she needs a mother, too. I can't do it alone...

"Now, put the side of your face with your open eye against your shoulder." He smiled, then pointed up at the stars. "You can poke stars." It was just an optical illusion, really, due to lack of depth perception. But at such a young age, she couldn't have known that.

Clow smiled, as he looked out to the forest, stretching his arms out in front of him. His sleeves dropped from his wrists, baggy like. He then whispered to himself, closing his eyes.
"Okay pyreflies...take flight."
