So today I learned that by going to "end processes" in the task manager, it's possible to end the desktop.
It's not a very good idea though since that means you can't open any more programs because the task bar and start menu go away too.

The Awkwardest Turtle So today I learned that by going to "end processes" in the task manager, it's possible to end the desktop.It's not a very good idea though since that means you can't open any more programs because the task bar and start menu go away too. You mean ending Windows Explorer? You can use the task manager to open up and manage tasks/programs. You don't NEED windows explorer. <.<
