for the record, non ninja of Amegakure are rogue ninja other than
Lady AliceSky {Alice Tsuki}
All of the others are just visit other villages which is more than ok. BB removed the rule saying you had to be chunin to leave the village without it being a mission.
Misa and Draco have been kidnapped, and it has been noticed by the rain village...well at least Misa has. A mission was set out by a rain squad to discover what happened to her.
They found she was last seen around Sand, and so sand ninja can know what happened to her and thats it. Since Sand and Rain are allies at this moment, i dont feel as if villages such as grass or cloud would know anything about it because they would not be told.
Even so this dose not make Misa a traitor, but M.I.A. No dobut after they appear in the Chunin exams, many questions will be asked and the Amekage may decide to remove them from the village. Then they are missing-nin not rogues. Or she may decide that as long as they are loyal to Amekagure then there are a valuable asset with there sage ability's.

its cause your not important enough rus lol j/k but seriously everyone wants to kill scion why? She's not a rouge and nobody gives a damn about 99% of real rouge ninja's anyways, at least they dont get guild wide concern unless they go on a rampage. If its for the sharingan well it would be smarter to just apply for one so you don have the chakra drain. so im assuming its due to the fact that she was attached to koi which is null now seeing as how he is banned.

rusbob13 ya, it's probably just a combination of those two lol and why did you quit the rain right after you got the headband? well I didnt pay may internet bill and got shut off for a month and I realy didnt like that rpc for some reason so I just killed him off
