Illiud Sethe grinned at her response. 'So are we going to just stand here in the warm water, or actually lather up and rinse off, then repeat?' he said with a silly grin plastered to his face. 'You know, just so I know what's going on.' he laughed. Brining his lips to her neck again, he sucked some of her skin into his mouth, and nipped it with his teeth. Letting it loose, he kissed the spot lightly. 'You know, being able to put aside our Hunting nature for a time of peace with eachother is nice... Gives me a chance to...' he stopped, and just stood there, staring at the wall in hesitation. Grinning, she broke away for a moment to greb a washcloth that was hanging behind her, as well as a bar of soap from the side of the tub. Slowly, she began to lather the washcloth up, giving a small "meep!" when he gently teased her by nibbling on her neck. since her transformation, things like that had changed from being painful to completely enjoyable. gently, she gbegan making small circles with the washcloth on his chest, looking up at him as he spoke a second time. "Time fo what?," she asked innocently, tilting her head to the side slightly.

Sethe hesitated, again, and brought her in close. He pressed his lips against hers, and kissed her gently, holding her there for a moment. Breaking the lip lock, he spoke again. 'Gives me a chance to tell you that I love you.' he said, kissing her again. He then let her continue to lather him up, grinning.

x0TaintedXFate0x * * * Stepping out of the empty tub, Fate reached for a towel. Running the frayed fabric over her skin brought up a tingling sensation. Once all the water droppletts had been cleared away, she pulled on her robe once more. She then hung the towel over a rack and blew out the candle. A small puff of delicate gray smoke danced about unconvectionally. Sighing softly, Fate traversed to her bedroom. Moisture still lingered in the air from the prior event. As she ran her nails through her hair and into the top knot, Fate scooped up the bag of laundry. Upon doing so, she then entered the living area. Here, the devilish aroma of coffee filled the atmosphere. Fate placed the bag on the floor beside the door. Afterwards, she moved to the cabinets and searched for a coffee mug. Retrieving a putar mug with a small chip in the bottom, Fate pulled the coffee pot from it's warmer. As she tipped the handle, luke liquid took on the cup's shape. Inhaling the steam slowly, a grin touched her tender lips. Returning the pot to its latter position, Fate scuffles into the living area with her drink. Softly, she blows steam from the rim as to cool it. Upon the couch she rested, groaning softly as she sat. What she really needed was a fresh batch of blood. Unfortunately, that would have to wait until that night. So drink up. Swallowing carefully, the coffee slipped down her throat easily. Where was everyone while all this was going on? Had she heard voices in the hall? One sounded as that of Mortis.. What of Jaden, Silver, Marishka, Anne? Fate clutched the cup abit tighter now. Everything she had worked for was slipping away, and she didn't even notice it was missing. She swallowed hard. What was there to do? I must do something.. The voices in her head said to do nothing. Stay put. If fate has its way, whom you desire will show up eventually. Don't wish so much of so little. Fate had never wanted in her life.. Don't start now. Where had the conscience come from? Even as things slipped, things also came in their place. Neither she'd noticed! Life was ticking by..even the Dead knew this so well. (You make long posts! eek ) I ran up the stairs, threee at a time. She has to be here...she just has to be. I stepped out into a hallway and went down it until I got to a door. Please be there... I knocked slowly, hoping with all of my heart. "Fate! Are you there? We have to talk."

((XD That's what happens when you have no one to post with. .:rawr:.)) As she sipped the coffee behind drawn shades, Fate sighed. In a moment, her ears perked. What was that noise? Thudding from down her hallway drew ever closer. ..Who on earth could that.. She knew. As soon as the shout of her lover broke the silent barrier, she knew. Silver? Where had he been? With doubt, she unquestionably set the cup down and stood, scurrying to the door. Glancing to her left, her bat could be heard causing rucuss. "Hush you." She whispered. Redirecting her attention, Fate looked out her eye hole. It was him alright. "Hai, I'm here. One second.." Pulling the chain from its shieth, Fate turned the knob to open the door. Cautiously, she peered out into the Lycan face of her visitor. "Konichiwa," she said softly. Her eyes shimmered in the dim hallway light, and Fate braced the door firmly.

I almost fainted with relief when I heard her voice answering me. When the door was opened, I ran in and threw my arms around her. I then held her at arms length away, staring at her. "I'm so glad you're alright. I thought something had happened to you." I was still in relief mode and I was so happy that she was alright. "I have to talk to you. I found out something that you need to know." I let go of her and walked fully into the room, closing the door behind me.

((That was an awful lot in one setting..Would you like to buy a vowel?))
A weak smile spread across her face as he ran in. She had no time to shut the door as he pulled her into a massive embrace. Fate gasped frequently. Has he gone out of his bloody mind? "..Gomen nasai..I did not mean to worry you.." Once he finally let go, she quickly tied her robe tight once again. It was falling from his eagerness. She blushed slightly. "Thanks for..worrying..?" She wasn't used to such greetings, so it was better to go along with it. Her bat continued to flutter and cry, so she released him from the closet. He furiously flew into her room. With the shaking of her head, Fate closed the door once again and reluctantly entered the room with Silver. "Sugoi..Well, do explain why you've come then." Casually, she picked up her cup and sipped the last few drops from it. Ichigo..he's so..excited.. It made her shudder in a way. Too much happiness in the room. She would have to sleep here, and the feeling would probably linger. ..ugh.. Yes, she had missed Silver, but the "doldrums" had already set in on her. I have to stop making time to think.

( xd No, i'm good. And I am still confused about the relationship between I'zale/Jaden/Dusk thing so if I put something wrong here, i'll correct it later.)
I glanced at the bat as she released it from the closet, but it didn't trouble me too much. Well, I guess the stereotype for vampires is sorta right. I sat down on the couch and took several deep breaths. I was still winded from running all the way here. After my breathing had returned to normal I looked at Fate, wondering how I was going to say this. I guess its better to just be blatent about it. "Well...you obviously remember Ian, right? It seems that wasn't his real name. His real name is I'zale and he's really dangerous. There was a message sent out to the entire pack about him from Dusk. I wish I had gotten it sooner.
Anyways, I think something deeper is going on. Dusk wouldn't make such a big deal about this unless it was important. Also, I'zale knew you were a vampire yet he still asked you to "help" him. That might mean he's asking other vampires too. This could become a big problem....it might even renew the war in force.
I'm just so glad that you're alright. I guess," my eyes turned away, "I was just really afraid that something would happen to you from this guy. I guess I...overreacted." I laughed a little, embarrassed.

Fate quirked a brow. Boy was he breathless. After a few moments, she walked into the kitchen and placed her cup into the sink. Coming back, she nodded to him and entered her room. Clothes were probably appropriate for such occasion..considering Silver's blushworthiness. "Oh please, do just come out and report the news." Her door squeaked as it closed partially. "I can handle it." She spat mentally. I can handle lots of things..Bloody thanks for the faith. As Silver began to speak, Fate pulled the robe off. Allowing it to lie on the floor, she found undergarments and pulled them on. Then, she pulled out a form-fitting, faded black shirt with the sleeves torn off and the collar cut slightly in the center. "Mph.." A pair of long, loose, deep green sweats came last. That's.. ..Wait..Did he just say.. "Did you just say, I'zale?" Her eyes bugged. That name..it was so familiar. "I'zale.." She repeated to herself. "Jaden..has a.." brother! He had told her that quiet night in the park. Shaking from her transe, Fate slowly opened the door, a hard gaze on her pale face. "I wouldn't worry so much for his requests..Vampires can hold their own." Deep in the back of her mind she couldn't help but feel conceited somewhat. Fate could handle herself, and many an immortal New Yorker should know it. "War force..hah, such a crock." As she sits beside her companion, a few strands of hair fall from her top knot and land around her eyes. She blinked. "Sugoi?" Patting Silver's hand, Fate smiled ever so slightly. "You did..But thank you anyway. You know I can take care of things." A small giggle escaped her, as she could feel his embarassment. Good to know someone around here cares..

When I mentioned I'zale's name, I could tell that she had a strong reaction to it. "Is there something you're not telling me that you know about I'zale?" Why do I feel like i'm the only one in this relationship that contributes at all and she does nothing? I have all of the information and it feels like she's keeping secrets that are important. And...why does it hurt when I think like this?
"Yeah...I guess that what I worry about, but no matter. It will be dealt with if it happens."
I looked over at her. "I know you can, but that doesn't seems to stop me from worrying...I'm sorry...i'm just being stupid now..." I looked away, rubbing my eyes.

Just then, the bat flew into the room. Onto the back of the couch he perched, watching them closely. He hissed at Silver slyly. Fate snapped her fingers sharply. The bat snorted gruffly and settled, still with the glare in his eye. "I thank you for worrying, didn't I just say that?" She sighingly took his hand from his eyes and held it. Surges of warmth ran through the touch. "Don't be ridiculous. Tears are not necessary." During this, however, Fate couldn't help but feel somewhat flustered. "And if you think I'm hiding so damn much from you, then here you go:" "I'zale is Jaden's brother. They've been separated for a long while. 'Ian,' so he calls himself, was part of the reason why Jaden's first lady love parished." Her words came with forked-tongue, but she had to get a point across. "Why do you insist upon staying by my side if I cause you so much grief? You know I contribute too, but I'm not like you." She placed her hand over Silver's heart. "Can you feel this? The beat, the warmth, the thrive of life.." In turn, she placed his hand over the area where her heart belonged. "..I can't." Her body felt cold and somewhat hollow. "Try to understand..I don't hide things." She turned away, staring at the floor. "If you truly love the way you say you do, you should know that." Her voice slowly died away.

(I erased that part...so just edit yours like this^. Sorry about that. sweatdrop ) When the bat flew into the room, I looked at it. "Not very nice, is it...but I could have expected that." "Yeah, I know. I'm overreacting here." I gripped her hand, never wanting to let go. For a few seconds, her words didn't make sense. "What!?" It was at this point that I gripped my chest. Jaden's pendant had started sending waves of pain through my body, like the power of the silver had been amplified or something. "Jaden's....brother???," I gasped. The pain was quickly becoming unbearable. Then, all of a sudden, it was gone. I quickly decided to pretend that there never was any pain. If I'zale killed Jaden's first lover...then this necklace must be...how could he give me that much responsibility? "I guess everything makes sense now...but this only makes things worse. Things could become very dangerous around here." "I can't believe you would say that! I would never leave you no matter what." When she put my hand on her body, I almost pulled away, but I didn't. She really is hollow...oh god...how that must feel. "I'm so sorry. I guess I just took everything for granted. Please forgive me. I'll never do it again."
