Firstly, Europe and Britain have all the good letter seals because we made them. 4laugh
And secondly, use a potato and a knife.

Probably a Guild Wars related thing. Either someone spoilt the mission by telling the plot (not really that much of a let down near the end of the game), or someone was an idiot and tried to play, "every monster on the map vs us." pirate
