Ooooo, pretty.
Not enough early-Mark armor bits, though. I'd've liked to see more studs, tubes, and overlapping armor plates.
Nice to see old style lightning claws making a comeback, though.

FlashbackJon Ooooo, pretty. Nice to see old style lightning claws making a comeback, though. Agreed. I for one hope the old school lightning claw is a seperate arm-- It would be a good bit for a future conversion. pirate

I like the squashed head of the new helmetless one. It's quite a stark difference to most of their other stuff. Looks like a football hooligan.

Wow, that lightning claw looks awesome! I never understood the reason they made the blades part of the fingers, it's not practical. Those Wolverine style claws rock so much harder. And the bald guy shows why a SM shouldn't take of their helmets, it's an invitation for the enemy to hit you in the face (with claws so it seems in this guys case).

Excellent looking models. I look foward to the day when I can add them to the ranks of the Arch Angels.

EDIT: Speaking of which...
I'm pimping up a Land Raider, and the idea of placing a bronze statue on the top has occured to me. Cool, or no?

KENTO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
DON'T INVOKE THE NAME OF THE BEAST!
EDIT to note that Kento was, in fact, invoking the name of the beast, and that I'm NOT simply crazy.

Aw, and you even put it in my favorite color. So yeah I miss 3 days of posting and BAM! Well you pretty much replied how I wouldve in all of those cases. Minus two other posts that like the one you replied to were deleted to avoid keeping this thing going.
Beautiful model by the way. Who was the owner/builder?
And since when is posting a link to the ED article Invoking the name of the beast???

Technically, invoking the name of the beast was simply replying to the post, not linking to the ED thing - that was funny. I think the builder goes by StBarbarossa on Warseer, and that's linked to his photobucket: http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y68/StBarbarossa/Lotsa good stuff in there, but I've been looking for an excuse to show off that awesome land raider, and this was as good as any. smile

I missed so much. It was just an excuse to post it.
Anyways, you always have these random photobucket links. Always worth looking through.
