eek Wooow. Kudos to you. My grandma tried to teach me how to crochet. Three times. It didn't turn out very well. My skills are limited to cross-stitch and embroidery, thank you very much!

I can cross-stitch. I can try to sew little rips. Might not look pretty but I make it work.

I haven't learned how to knit yet... I think it would drive me insane. I know how to make the scarves that are tubes (really easy if you have the loom which is basically just a hollow circle of plastic with pegs to wrap the yarn around, etc) I love those things.
But with Crocheting... the first hour I felt like the yarn was toying with me, and trying (not to mention succeeding) to make my life miserable... but after that hour, I finally started getting the hang of it...
I learned how to do cross stitching years ago, but I can't remember how to do it now... I also would make this... stuff... that had a plastic mesh that you would put yarn through some how and it is commonly used as decorations over tissue boxes... have no clue how to do it now, but I used to be able to do that... >.> Sewing... if I don't feel rushed it CAN turn out okay... but one of my blankets is living proof of my inability...

LOL!! all I can do is knit. Crocheting drives me batty, too impatient with sew so I break the needles alot, adn knitting's not so bad if you have a movie in front of you. I tend to marathon anime though. it's interesting when you're knitting and reading subtitles at teh same time.
