As far as def training goes, grab a whip and do one of the following.
Slayer - Woot for rune boots/whips etc
Pc - Faster exp by far (1 mill + exp a day)
Pick a monster and stick to it - A happy medium in terms of exp + drops.
I suggest training slayer and going for dust devils or something along those lines. smile

Lol, dude I need full black and mith and I can't afford it now.. (I'm making a pure now, while my main is unbanned.. I may have to stick to this forever.. TILL JAGEX MAKES UP ANOTHER EXCUSE.)

I would do that, but I'm too low for HU, and Affliction made a new site and everybody had to make a new account and get registered again, but since my leave, they screwed up the registration, so It's very hard to get registered again, making it very hard to level. *Deep breaths*
