It could be, then again it could be a bit of both. ^8^

I could if you need help. ^8^ LOL
Wars come and go,

To be honest with you, I have never had to do a book report in all of my educational years. I am going to have to put one together this coming semester because of a college-level English course that I am having to take... I am slightly scared that I don't know how a book report is supposed to work.

You might be asking yourself how I could have been able to get around ever having to do a book report until college. You might be thinking that I had other people do them for me. You might even assume that I always got the person that I was together with at the time to do my reports for me. I can assure you that it was nothing of the sort. I was home schooled and my mom never expected me to do a book report or any other type of writing assignment. She expected me to read the information in the books and remember it... and I, typically, did both of those things throughout the entire year.

It is a bit odd, but it is something I have seen though admittedly it was the students I knew who couldnt write very well at all and they never did any reports because they didnt know how to.

But in your defense I think it is awesome that you have and do still have the memory to read and adsorb the info from text books studying and such as well as you do. (I could study but I had less ability to study something and remember it than when I enjoyed a book and want to remember what I read.)

I wish you luck in writing it and of course if you need to I hope you can find resources to help you with the structure and the writing of said Report coming up. 3nodding

I don't really think that I am that good with writing, but others might not agree with my thoughts on my writing. My OCD takes my need to be the best that I can be at anything and everything that I set my hands to where people wonder how I can manage to be as advanced as I am with my writing style due to the fact that I have never taken an English class before this semester. (My Humanities teacher last semester asked me if it was true that I hadn't already taken English 111 and seemed shocked when I told him that it was true.)

I do question whether I will be able to write multiple pages on one book when my attention tends to not like taking a lot of time on any one thing. I, also, worry about the fact that I don't know whether a book report uses the same basis as a typical essay or if they are two completely different things and require your using different writing styles to complete them. The first problem will be easy enough to fix when the time comes for fixing it, but the second one is something that I really don't know how to fix unless my teacher can give me some pointers on it.

I see, so it will be a challenge for you with your OCD tendencies to write this paper/ essay/ book report.

But it is encouraging that you are doing well enough that you seem advanced to your Teachers but yet have not taken the mentioned English class.

I would think it will take a lot of concentration and effort to do this Report then, but I would make sure as you also mentioned and ask the Teacher for pointers on what kind of Report/ Essay ect. it maybe and how best they think it would be written or in what style.

Oddly enough, I have the least worry set with the fact that I am about as O.C.D. as one can be when it comes to writing and may other things. I have had to deal with having O.C.D. for most of my life and therefore I have learned how to work around it. It does take me a little longer to do what it takes others barely any time at all to do, but I have learned how to manage my time to where it doesn't really make that much of a difference. (Five minute showers make no sense to me... Shouldn't it take more time than that to make sure that you are properly cleansed? The hair alone should take five minutes or more to clean properly depending on the length.)

3nodding It is the same with my hands, (I have hand tremors that affect my writing and such.)

I have found ways around some of it and little things I can do to help when I need to write a lot or to draw as well.

3nodding I agree, a Bath or a Shower really should not take a very long time and of course hair can be a mess as it is sometimes so I could perhaps understand if it took a moment longer if it had to do with making sure your hair was properly cleaned. (Especially someone with long hair.)

And now for something TRIPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wars come and go,

I think that I am probably the only person who notices that the eye on that image is out of place... It looks like the eye was supposed to be placed on something looking straight at you while the head isn't positioned correctly for doing that. (My O.C.D. just screams, "THAT ISN'T RIGHT!... THAT ISN'T RIGHT!... THAT ISN'T RIGHT!" as it fades in and out.) I have heard that the average human mind would prefer it to be off or ignore the fact that it is off.

That eye reminds me of the eye from that pyramid on that back of a dollar bill. The head reminds me of an actor that I am trying to remember the name of with everything in me, but it would seem that it is to no avail. But yeah, it is extremely trippy. (And this is how my brain works... I analyze every element of something in a matter of seconds, too.)

It is something I noticed as well, but I was curious if it was just me or if it was really done that way intentionally. 3nodding

It was the same way with a friend I knew during High School. I dont remember if I told you about him, he was a very close friend of mine.)

He was very meticulous about things and seemed to be amazingly good at pointing out details of drawing and pictures and such. ^8^ (Ironicly he like games like MYST and games that really make you think your way threw every step you take. ^*^)

I am not sure if I know where the eye came from but I would say that it is extremely similar if not the eye from the Pyramid on the back of the Dollar Bill.-------------------------------------------------------V

Nah, sweatdrop

I saw it and for a moment I considered if it would work and decided it would be to flashy to work and yes I though it could also make a person go into Epileptic Spasms.

Okay, it is not the eye from the back of the dollar bill unless it is a poor drawing of the eye on the back of the dollar bill. That eye is extremely familiar, though. I am not sure why it is extremely familiar, but it really is.

It was Charlie Chaplin whom they stole the head of to create that image. (Well... It was a cartoon of him, anyway.) I think that the reason that I couldn't remember his name was because all that I ever saw of him were two cartoons because of the fact that my dad preferred stupid humor (Red Skelton) to Charlie Chaplin.

Your friend from high school sounds as though he would be somebody who I would enjoy hanging out with. Did he, also, enjoy the King's Quest series even without the walkthroughs? (I miss those games that made you have to think about every little detail of everything within the game. It would seem as though all that I have to work with these days is trying to find every little glitch in every game that I play which is why I want to be back in school already.)

Not sure though about that eye, hmmmmmmmmmmm could it also be from some old cartoon?

I though it might be Charlie Chaplin I love the old movies and stuff he acted in (I have some re-stored movies I bought from F.Y.E a while back.)

He was an avid RPG player, (W.O.W, and such.) And he was an awesome D&D Dungeon Master what time me and my buddies got to play D&D.

He also played Vampire Masquerade, and I played it a bit to though not as much as D&D.

(I was a Tinker Gnome.) ^8^

By the way, JJ, I'm beginning to agree with you on Anne Hathaway not really looking the part of Catwoman... I mean, I still love her and I dunno if this is how she's gonna end up looking, or if they have an actual costume planned out, but I'm not really impressed:
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Hopefully her acting will make up for the lack of an awesome costume.

EDIT: OMFG guys!!! I just found out they're making a Wizard of Oz movie! Apparently it's gonna be out in 2013 or something, but when I heard I had a superspecialawesomemegaginormousnerd-gasm! I haven't really grown up yet (even though I'm in my 20s), so I love everything that has to do with fairy tales and other stories that could be considered fairy tales, but aren't really in that genre and stuff and I'm super excited and... I'm gonna shut up now. sweatdrop
