I have an evil plan myself. I don't want to be an Espada, but, I want to over time control all of them.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have all the Espada under your control and yet not even be one?

Tomoya of the heart Though in my professional opinion what he did was entitled to him (I was able to read the fight before it was deleted) he was the 5th espada fighting a Vice captain who was using only a Shikia, and it is also stated in the rules that a God Mod is acceptable when it is a Insanely strong person against some one weaker, I'm only saying this because I have seen stuff like this happen many times in some many guilds I have been in before, but that just me and you don't have to agree with me. Yo, Mirouni said to drop it, but I think I'm allowed to clear up some misconceptions. First off, the rule about godmoding between a superpower and a weak character doesn't apply to this because the Vice-Captains in our guild are only a step below a Captain in power. Most Vice-Captains are usually allowed to train for Bankai very early on, and even if his character didn't have Bankai, this VC has a full working knowledge of his Shikai. When you're strong enough, you shouldn't even need a release to take down an equally-matched opponent by using your head. Second, Zane was on thin ice already, so this was the final straw for him. He'd already been warned about his godmoding, to the point where he was being restricted from usage of all of his characters. (I think he had... Gosh, it's been a while. 5 at one point?) Trust me when I say that we in the guild crew do our best to make descriptions that will benefit all members of the guild. If anyone ever seems to be trying to make rule calls or changes to benefit a particular race at the expense of balance, it will be dealt with.

No I'm not joining the argument, no I don't want to re-spark the argument, no I'm not going to leave your closets so shush.
But what I do want to do is confirm one of the above misconceptions. Even though VC's are supposed to be a step below Captains aren't Arrancar supposed to be on par with Captains at any grade and the 5th Esapda would be even stronger still. Am I wrong?

Not entirely. However, in the interest of balance for the guild, that's been reworked somewhat to level the playing field. Besides, if Vice-Captains are candidates for Bankai and Captains are the best the Shinigami have to offer, then only the very best Espada (1-3, I reckon) are truly above Captain level. Think of those as being equivalent to the above-and-beyond Vizard.
We're doing a lot to keep the various races balanced right now. We're currently working on giving the Quincy the ability to stand on equal footing with Shinigami and Arrancar right now, for example.

Not really, when you think about it The Quincy are never proven to be faster, their range capablities are easily matched by kido, and they have little in means of their Kido Equivilant since we only know of a small number of them.
In otherwords, Quincy are currently the weakest race in the guild, hence the large revitalization project Mirou and I are heading.

Yeah, if we go by Bleach canon, the Quincy were driven to near-extinction by rank-and-file Shinigami. That's why we began working on the project that Pad and Zaine brought up.
Speaking of which, I have to get to reading and taking that one apart...
